Abstract

The development of Self-regulated learners is one of the most important goals of any educational system and can provide the necessary foundation for sustainable change and development of any society. The purpose of this study is to explain the process of developing Self-regulated learners in elementary school using a qualitative approach and Grounded Theory method with a focus on the role of teachers. Data were collected using semi-structured interviews and letters with 25 elementary school teachers. Respondents were selected based on a theoretical sampling strategy. Data analysis was conducted in three stages: open-ended coding, axial coding, and selective coding, resulting in 48 initial codes, 19 subcategories, and three general categories. Of the intermediate theories thus obtained, "concern for holistic human development" was considered to be the central category. If teachers, as leaders of the educational process, are concerned with the continuous and holistic growth of their students and do so in the best possible way, through contextual conditions such as original content and new teaching tools, and through the rational use of facilities, rules, and time. As an institution that provides guidance and feedback to students, sets the stage for them, motivates them and provides the necessary platform to develop self- regulated students, they will be accompanied by valuable educational and training outcomes that will make them worthy future educators of the society In the future, they will be accompanied by valuable outcomes that will make them worthy future educators of society.

Abstract

The aim of this study was to investigate the current and desirable status of the curriculum for primary school from the perspective of teachers and analyze its content in the sixth grade textbooks. The research design is a quantitative type and the research method is descriptive-survey; The statistical population included 250 primary school teachers in Babolsar. Based on Morgan's table, a sample of 148 people was selected by stratified proportional sampling. The instrument in this section is a researcher-made questionnaire that was used with a CVR of more than 0.56 and reliability with a Cronbach's alpha coefficient above 0.92. In the second part, the research method is content analysis. The statistical population of this section is the sixth grade textbooks in the academic year 1300-1499, which includes all books in this grade (Quran, heavenly gifts, social studies, writing, work and technology, thinking and research, Persian and science) with the exception of mathematics. The checklist instrument with CVR was 0.90 and its reliability with agreement coefficient of 0.77 was used. Shannon entropy method was used to analyze the data. Findings in the first part showed a little, the level of significance calculated between the two existing and desirable conditions is 0.001 (p <0.05); In the content analysis section, in the economic component, the index of "sustainable consumption", in the social component, the index of "health", in the cultural component, the index of "cultural heritage" and in the environmental component, the index of "energy" have received the most attention. The results showed that in the opinion of teachers, the current situation of the education curriculum for sustainable development is significantly less than the desired situation, and in order to reach the desired position, the elementary school curriculum should be reviewed.

Abstract

Abstract:
Purpose and background: The present research aim to explain creativity based on self-management with the mediation of creative self-efficacy was conducted in fourth to sixth grade elementary school students with learning problems. Method: The research method was a descriptive-correlation type with a path analysis design in the form of structural equations. Society The statistics of it Including students with learning difficulties 4th to 6th graders were studying in primary schools of Arak city in the academic year of 1400-1401, from which 200 male and female students (100 each gender) with learning problems were selected as the research sample using the purposeful sampling method. The tools used in this research were Shaffer's creativity questionnaire, Houghton and Neck's self-management (2012), and creative self-efficacy (kawrosky, 2010), which were completed by teachers and parents of students with learning problems. The collected data were analyzed using Pearson's correlation coefficients and path analysis in SPSS and AMOS software. Results: The findings of the present study showed that the direct effect of self-management Dimensions on creative self-efficacy and creativity were meaningful. In this sense, with the increase of self -management, there is a positive change in the degree of academic involvement and creativity of students with learning problems is created. Thus, increasing self-management in the dimensions of reward management, visualization of success, self-engagement, setting personal goals, helping oneself, evaluating beliefs and self-monitoring, respectively. It leads to increased creative self-efficacy and creativity. Also, the investigate of Self-management dimensions on creativity, through creative self-efficacy was meaningful and Self-management relationship coefficient with Creativity through creative self-efficacy was 0.31 positive. Also, among the five dimensions of creativity, the trust in creativity component showed the most changeability in the students studied. And the component of fantasizing about creativity showed the least change variance. However, because the research model had a good fit, the relationships between the variables of the model drawn in this research were confirmed.
Conclusion: Based on these findings, it can be concluded that the dimensions of self - management through Increase creative self-efficacy positive effect On The increase creativity in five dimensions. Based on this, it can be said that self-management and its dimensions both have an effect on creative self-efficacy and also on creativity.
