fa روش‌های انضباطی اثربخش بر رفتار کودکان در مراکز شبانه‌روزی تحت پوشش سازمان بهزیستی علوم تربیتی Educational Science مقاله پژوهشی Research Paper <div style="text-align: justify;"><span dir="RTL">پژوهش حاضر به‌منظور شناسایی روش‌های انضباطی اثربخش&nbsp; مربیان بر کاهش میزان بدرفتاری کودکان در یکی از مراکز شبانه‌روزی تحت پوشش سازمان بهزیستی انجام‌شده است<strong>. </strong>روش پژوهش از نوع مطالعه‌ی موردی کیفی و روش نمونه‌گیری در دسترس است. برای انجام این پژوهش، مربیان شاغل در یکی از مراکز شبانه‌روزی خصوصی دخترانه تحت پوشش بهزیستی شهر تهران که موافقت نمودند در مطالعه مشارکت داشته باشند، به‌عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. داده‌ها به‌وسیله&shy;ی مشاهده،</span> <span dir="RTL">مصاحبه،</span> <span dir="RTL">پرسشنامه و دفتر گزارش‌های روزانه جمع‌آوری شد. مربیان بر اساس میزان بدرفتاری کودکان در ساعات حضور آن‌ها به دو گروه مربیان اثربخش (با میزان بدرفتاری نسبتاً کم کودکان) و مربیان کمتر اثربخش (با میزان بدرفتاری نسبتاً زیاد کودکان) تقسیم شدند تا روش‌های انضباطی که برای مدیریت رفتار کودکان به کار می‌گیرند مقایسه شود. برای تحلیل داده‌ها از فن کدگذاری سه مرحله‌ای (باز، محوری و انتخابی) استفاده شد. </span><span dir="RTL">طبق نتایج، رویکرد غالب در فعالیت‌های انضباطی مربیان اثربخش، انضباط جامع در مقابل سنتی بود. به‌عبارت‌دیگر مربیان اثربخش برای برقراری انضباط از فعالیت‌های جامع و فراگیر که حمایتی و مشارکتی است در مؤلفه‌های روابط، احترام، تعاملات، درگیر کردن، و محیط استفاده می‌کردند و مربیان کمتر اثربخش از فعالیت‌های سنتی مبتنی بر پاداش، تنبیه و کنترل.</span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;">The present study was conducted to determine the effective disciplinary methods of educators on reducing child abuse in one of the boarding centers covered by welfare. The research method is qualitative case study and sampling method is available. To conduct this study, a sample of educators working in one of the girls&#39; private boarding centers under the auspices of the Welfare of Tehran agreed to participate in the study. Data were collected through observation, interview, questionnaire and daily report book. Educators were divided into two groups based on the extent of child abuse during their hours of attendance: effective educators (with relatively low levels of child abuse) and less effective educators (with relatively high levels of child abuse). The disciplinary methods they use to manage children&#39;s behavior were compared. Three-step coding technique (open, axial and selective) was used to analyze the data. According to the results, the dominant approach in the disciplinary activities of effective educators was the comprehensive versus traditional approach.
