در بازارهای مالی تقارن اطلاعات و تفسیر همگن از اطلاعات در میان معامله¬گران از شروط اصلی برقراری کارایی بازار است، اما این شروط در واقعیت نقض می¬شود. در این مطالعه با استفاده از الگوی بدیع مارکف پنهان، ابتدا به بررسی روند شاخص¬های پویای معاملات مبتنی بر اطلاعات نهانی و اختلاف تفاسیر معامله¬گران پرداخته، سپس با تعیین «پنجره رویداد» 21 روزه تأثیر افشای اطلاعات با اهمیت، بر روند آن شاخص¬ها بررسی شده است. در این راستا، احتمال روزانه معاملات مبتنی بر اطلاعات خصوصی (PIN) و احتمال شوک متقارن جریان سفارش (PSOS) برای 32 نماد از 11 صنعت بورسی طی 1394 تا 1397 تخمین¬زده شد. PIN بعنوان شاخصی برای ریسک اطلاعات نامتقارن و PSOS شاخصی برای شدت اختلاف و ناهمگنی تفاسیر معامله¬گران در بازار است که تغییرات و شدت آنها نقش مهمی در شکل¬گیری قیمت و نقدشوندگی بازار سهام دارند. نتایج نشان می¬دهد که اغلب نمادهایی که ارزش بازاری بالاتری داشته‌اند، ریسک اطلاعات نامتقارن و اختلاف تفاسیر کمتری را در مقایسه با سایر نمادها تجربه کرده¬اند. به¬طور کلی، می¬توان گفت که شدت اطلاعات نامتقارن و شوک¬های ناشی از اختلاف تفاسیر معامله¬گران در بورس تهران بیشتر از سایر بورس¬های توسعه¬یافته است. همچنین، انتشار عمومی اطلاعات به¬طور معناداری موجب کاهش PIN برای سه روز متوالی و افزایش PSOS برای 10 روز متوالی می¬شود، اما شدت اثرگذاری آن بر PIN ضعیف¬تر از PSOS است. در واقع، در بورس تهران برتری اطلاعاتی بخشی از معامله¬گران مطلع، همواره مستقل از انتشار عمومی اطلاعات بوده، همچنین اختلاف تفاسیر معامله-گران با افشای عمومی تشدید و ادامه¬دار می¬شود.
