Abstract

Today, the accelerating trend of urbanization, the lack of guidance and urban management, national and regional inequalities, and differences in the socio-economic base of individuals have led to the growth and expansion of informal housing. Due to this situation, informal housing has been expanding in Tehran's metropolitan area. The present study seeks to find key factors affecting informal housing in the study area and also to determine the relationships between criteria through structural-interpretive modeling (ISM). Are; Which is applied in terms of the nature of the application and in terms of the combined method (quantitative and qualitative) and in terms of the inductive research approach In this method, a questionnaire tool was used and in order to analyze the relationships and present their structural model, the interpretive structural modeling method was used, The results of MICMAC analysis and the classification of key factors in the four matrix clusters It shows that the factors of economic growth, redistributive policies, decentralization and transfer of authority, regional equilibrium policies, revision of development and sanctions laws and regulations and its effects are in the fourth cluster, which are in fact variables of research. In fact, key variables are research, and the only factor in housing policies is the cluster of link variables, which will guide other factors, and change will affect the entire system.

Abstract

The creative city will make all your try and relying to the idea of people to solve their problems and build a city of people who are looking for their desired cities. The creative city is not only a space in which creativity grows, but organizing and managing it is creatively planned. The title and general purpose of this research is the assessment of the environmental capability of Tabriz city in the formation of a creative city , Tabriz is one of the main cities of the country and among the major centers of urbanization in Iran, which is the center of East Azerbaijan province and in comparison with the center of neighboring provinces in terms of quantitative (such as population) and Quality (such as functions) has a speed positions index and is far higher in the surface. Accordingly, in this thesis at first the theoretical  foundations related to the subject has been expressed and the research method and data collection is a field and library. The statistical population of the research (using Morgan table) was 384 population of Tabriz, which was conducted through a stratified random sampling questionnaire. Validity and reliability of the questionnaire were determined by content validity and formal validity and calculating Cronbach's alpha confirmation. The results of the study showed that environmental power as well as social and social activities on the formation of creative city has a positive and significant effect on the formation of creative city. The results of this study show that tabriz city does not have the environmental power needed for the formation of creative city.

Abstract

Quality of life is one of the most important issues in the world that has an urban planning in order to search for the quality of life  and in order to solve this problem , some solutions have been offered . The purpose of this study was to investigate the role of quality of life in women . This research due to the importance of the subject is based on analytical - applied method based on structural equation modeling of structural equation modeling of library and documentary research with the aim of analyzing the relationship between quality of life and its relation with this research . The statistical population in the first stage in the first stage , and the second stage in the second stage , the inferential statistics was used to determine the status of some specialized experts . The results showed that the quality of urban life is the most important indicator for the quality of urban life and the quality of urban life is the lowest . It is a reciprocal relationship , which in turn has severity of quality of life .

Abstract

by examining the level of inequality in the distribution of services and identifying the spatial pattern of injustice in the city, we can find out which of the services are in a more unfavorable situation than in this way, city management with conscious performance in spatial distribution of public services and social interests. , Reduce spatial inequalities and improve the quality of life and ensure sustainable urban development. The present research is applied and its research method is descriptive-analytical. The purpose of this analytical research is on the status of Ilam urban development indicators in order to achieve spatial justice, which uses the capabilities and facilities of geographic information system, including: map composition, Spatial statistics, etc. have been done. The results show that the spatial distribution of services in Ilam city is not desirable and the results of this study show that the concentration of urban facilities and services has occurred in the central part of the city and other areas are low in terms of urban resources and facilities. The research findings show that 20% of the city's population lives in relatively affected areas and 23.2% in areas with semi-sustainable development, and over 50% of residents live in deprived and completely deprived areas in terms of development in Ilam city. The results of the Vikor model are not considered to be sustainable development in any area. However, based on the results of the research, the focus of urban services in Ilam city follows the center-perimeter model, which means that everything from the central areas to We move around the area, reducing the distribution of services.

Abstract

A city requires city brand and appropriate strategies for beneficiaries, especially tourists; hence, city development plans can affect the type of city brand orientations. Accordingly, this study was conducted to identify the effective factors to design structural equation modeling (SEM). SEM was employed to rank the factors and find the correlation between them using Forner-Larcker Matrix. This was an applied-correlational study in which, data were collected through convergent mixed methodology, library study, questionnaire, and Semi-structured interviews. Birjand was chosen as the research field and a statistical sample was chosen at descriptive statistics using purposive and snowball sampling methods. Accordingly, 19 subjects were selected from urban experts, and 381 tourists were chosen at the quantitative step using simple random sampling. findings obtained from interviews implied that some points should be considered for the city branding of Birjand. The factors include the significant militarily and academic impact of Birjand on historical aspect and service-based economy of the city, cultural capitals, and the arts that are forgetting, immigration, and implementing the development-driving plans. The research model indicated that city development plans had the highest positive effects on the landscape and mental image regarding city branding plans. Moreover, According to the correlation between components, the highest relationship was between mental image and landscape (0.66).

Abstract

Recognizing and measuring the quality of life in urban areas that are the result of the actions of urban management and other public and private institutions is a very vital issue. Due to the lack of quality of urban life in informal urban settlements, it is possible to provide a roadmap for urban management and awareness of responsible institutions of the current situation and action to achieve the desired situation. The purpose of this study is to assess the quality of life in informal settlements in Miandoab. The research method is descriptive-analytical and based on data collection in the field through a questionnaire. The validity of the instrument and its reliability were confirmed by Cronbach's alpha greater than 0.70. The statistical population of the study consists of 11545 citizens living in informal settlements in Miandoab. The sample size was determined based on Cochran's formula, 313 people. The test results show that four indicators of social, economic, physical and environmental quality of life in informal settlements of Miandoab were significant at a level of less than 0.05. Examination of the direction of significance indicates the inappropriateness of the indicators. The ANOVA test also confirmed that the 10 neighborhoods studied in terms of social, physical and environmental indicators are significantly different at the level of less than 0.05, but in the field of economic indicators (significance level equal to 0.094) there are the same conditions. Assessing the effect of urban management on improving the quality of life through structural equations also confirmed that the rate of explanation for the social index is equal to 0.97; For economic index equal to 0.48; It is equal to 0.93 for the physical index and 0.55 for the environmental index. Therefore, the greatest effect of urban management is on the social index and then the physical.
