Abstract
The endogenous growth pattern reflects the importance of the quality of human capital and even the social system and governance in which culture is considered as the source of ideas for economic sectors. A review of the policies and priorities for the development of the new economy highlights the importance of creative city indicators in managing the challenges and cultural and economic diversity of current cities. The research method in this study is descriptive-analytical and it is applied in terms of purpose. . The method of data collection is mainly library and documentary by means of catch-up, housing statistical blocks of 2016 and detailed plan map of 2015. Combined methods of the factor analysis and spatial statistics in GIS are used for analysis. Most of Zanjan's neighborhoods lacked creative class attraction indices and spatial distribution of Zanjan's central and northern creative city indices was relatively favorable. Zanjan's neighborhood development policies have less attention to the interests and priorities of the creative class, and urban spaces other than the central and northern neighborhoods are not conducive to social interaction and creativity of residents, and urban residents, especially urban east and west, have become passive recipients of urban services and facilities.

Abstract
The aim of this study is to identify and rank entrepreneurial opportunities in sports tourism based on geographical capabilities and capacities in Iran. The present study was descriptive-survey and was performed by mixed method. Data collection in this study was done in two stages. In the first phase, a list of entrepreneurial opportunities of sports tourism was identified through a search of previous research, as well as interviews with 17 people. In the next step, experts' opinions on these statements were obtained using the Delphi method. Finally, eight subfields of entrepreneurial opportunities are ranked based on Iran's geographical capacity in four temperate and humid climates, hot and humid, cold and mountainous, hot and dry, using a software program and a multivariate regression test. Based on the results, it can be said that along with economic, political, cultural factors, etc., the diversity of climate and geographical capacities is effective in the emergence and selection of opportunities. By analyzing the data, we can say that each of these opportunities has been used with different levels in Iran's four climates. Some opportunities in one climate take precedence over others. Authorities of tourism and sport in their short-term and long-term planning and planning should be instrumental in improving sport tourism by these opportunities.

Abstract
This article was written with the aim of revealing land use changes in Urmia city using remote sensing of Landsat satellite images for 4 periods of 8 years between 1990 and 2019. For this purpose, two categories of data will be used in this research. The first category includes data obtained from satellite images and the second category includes ground data taken from Urmia ground station, which includes temperature and other parameters used in this research. The results showed that urban land use in Urmia city has faced significant changes during the statistical period of 30 years. This user has had an increasing trend during all the studied periods, so that during the study period, it has faced a 5-fold increase. Swampy areas and sludge fields east of Lake Urmia have undergone a significant decline during 1990-2019 and has reached less than 6,000 hectares. The citychr('39')s barren lands, which cover a small percentage of the citychr('39')s area, have been declining over the 30-year period under review. The use of gardens has increased during all periods, so that in 2019, its area has reached more than 20,000 hectares. The use of irrigated agriculture has increased during all the studied periods and its area has reached more than 80,000 hectares by 2019. The area of rainfed agricultural lands, after the rangelands, is the widest land use in Urmia, but with a relatively gentle slope has a decreasing trend. Water areas have also been declining, so that in 2019, it has decreased by about 26% compared to 2012. Rangelands, which is the largest land cover in Urmia city, has gone through three different processes during the study period. From 1990 to 1998, these lands did not change significantly, but from 1998 to 2005, the increasing trend and in 2019, with a 10% decrease compared to 2012, reached its lowest area during the statistical period under study, ie less than 20,000 hectares.

Abstract
Buildings are one of the main pillars of economic and social development of countries that consume a large part of energy and natural resources. The purpose of writing this article is to calculate the energy consumption of a building in one year, determine the energy label and then optimize some of its features in order to reduce construction costs and reduce energy consumption of the operation phase. Is. The study area is common residential buildings in Tehran. The research method to achieve this goal is as follows: First, according to the licensing statistics of Tehran Municipality, a 5-storey southern building was selected on a land with an area of 320 square meters and an infrastructure of about 1100 square meters, which represents a large number of buildings in Tehran. Be. Then, by simulating the building considered in Builder Design software, the amount of gas consumption is 145.53 kWh per square meter, electricity consumption is 81.25 kWh per square meter and a total of 226.79 kWh per meter. The square was calculated per year. With this consumption, according to standard 14253, the building receives energy label C. Then, with the aim of reducing the cost of construction and energy consumption during operation, it was optimized with a genetic algorithm. Research variables, type of exterior wall (pottery or Leica), exterior (stone or brick), type of window glass (plain or low emission), type of gas between the layers of window glass (air or argon) and the ratio of the window to the south front surface (15 % -30% -45% -60%) were built. The results indicate that the best possible scenarios for the exterior facade, stone, low-emission double-glazed windows with argon gas, the outer wall of the pottery with a window-to-south front ratio of 22.5% or Leica, with a window ratio At the level of the southern front, it is 37.5%.

Abstract
Natural parameters are one of the main determinants of the physical development of cities and settlements. In a mountainous area, the effects of these factors have become a barrier to development and can have natural hazards. In this research, it is tried to identify the optimal directions of physical development of the city of Nurabad as a relatively high region by identifying its effective factors and evaluating it. To achieve this, seven effective indicators (elevation, gradient, gradient direction, lithology, distance from the fault, distance from the waterway) were used and to assess, model, and predict areas suitable for physical development of the city from Landsat satellite imagery and Models of FUZZY-AHP and Makov and Markov's predictions have been used. So that each of the layers is fuzzy according to the fuzzy membership functions in GIS Arc 10.3 software. An analytical comparison on the appropriate areas of the city based on the critical points with the appropriate zones. Finally, the final map with the two models was classified into five classes. The results of the research showed that up to 1404 horizons of the city were developed eastwards in Although this pathway is not a suitable route, due to the existence of the main Kazeroun fault and the main waterway, the most important risk factors in the city are considered to be the best place for the development of the city of the western and southwestern regions of the region, which is 13% of the area of the basin Includes.

Abstract
Today, urban and rural planning and management programs need to obtain accurate spatial information at successive times about land use changes. The main purpose of this study is to study and evaluate land use changes due to physical development with respect to 4 land uses in Bayer, agricultural lands, water zones and man-made lands in Pakdasht. Data were collected through Landsat satellite images from 2019 and 1989 captured by OLI and MSS5 sensors with a resolution of 30 m, which transformed Landsat 8 and 7 satellite images to 15 m in ENVI 5.3 software. These images were classified in ENVI 5.3 software based on the maximum likelihood algorithm. Then the accuracy of the maps obtained from the maximum likelihood algorithm was estimated. Fragstats software was then used to extract land cover metrics at two levels of the classroom and the simulator. A total of 15 landslides were quantified in the years 1989 to 2019 (1368-1688). According to the results, the area of residential land has increased during the years under study so that its share has increased from %7.1 in the region to %19.5.

Abstract
Precipitation is a phenomenon resulting from complex atmospheric interactions and among climatic events, due to its vital role, it has special importance. The importance of precipitation durability, especially in arid and semi-arid regions, which includes most of Iran, is greater than its volume. The purpose of this study is to identify Iran's precipitation areas in terms of precipitation durability and its characteristics in each area. In order to investigate the durability of Iran's precipitation and to define a precipitation day as " a day with equal precipitation or greater than 0.5 mm", used from daily precipitation data of 80 synoptic stations of the country during the 6 cold months of the year from October to March in a period of 30 years (2016 - 1987). Setting data in daily tables in the first step, made possible to program in MATLAB environment to separate precipitation in ten groups from "one day" to "ten days" and in the second step in SPSS environment based on frequency characteristics, amount and precipitations average in the mentioned groups was done by the method of Ward merging and clustering. The process of the clustering on Iran's durability precipitation showed that there are seven almost homogeneous precipitation zones in Iran; the geographical arrangement of Iran's precipitation areas, reveals the dependence of Iran's precipitations amount on roughness, the path of precipitation systems, its proximity to humidity sources, and the effect of the sea. In terms of area’s location, it can be said that; the settlement of the four zones in the western half of Iran, despite its small size in front of the eastern half, is a reason for its heterogeneity.

Abstract
The present study addresses the future prospects of urban management of Marand, specifically to study the problems and issues of urban management as well as providing solutions to improve its status. The main purpose of the research is to answer the question of what people and experts have about the causes of the problems of urban management in Marand, and with what road map there can be defined and achieved a perspective for urban management. The method used in this research is descriptive and analytical, and it utilizes the Oregan social vision model.. Oregan model is used to plan the process of strategic vision development in local communities. One of the most important advantages of this model is to adapt to different conditions and environment. The Oregan model is a process composed of four steps, each of which is built on the basis of a simple question: Where are we now? Where are we going? where shall we be? How to get there? Then, in different time intervals, monitoring of the implementation status in order to overcome the shortcomings would be possible. In this research, after analyzing the status quo, using collaborative planning and making questionnaire and receiving the opinions of citizens and experts, different perspectives have been defined for the city and, consequently, the necessary strategies are presented. The results show that the urban management of Marand is not in a suitable position, and it is necessary for the management to try to improve the lives of citizens with the aim of reducing the weak points and avoiding threats based on the strategies for resolving problems and crises of urban areas, attracting citizens, creating well - being for people, creating financial stability, and building administrative stability.
