Abstract
vulnerability is considered as an inherent talent of underground water system that depending on the sensitivity of the system to anthropogenic effects. Natural vulnerability is based on the geomorphologic features of surface karst, type and level of aquifer recharge and hydrodynamic aquifer karstic aquifer in Fars province is the most important source of water supply for the supplement of drinking water of communities in the province, which are prone to pollution due to the natural conditions of the region and human activities. karstic aquifer of Shispir and Borghan plays a vital role in supplying drinking and agricultural water around them. The aim of this study is to estimate the natural vulnerability karstic aquifer of Shispir and Borghan using the proposed model of Cast action 620, and prioritize the level of aquifer in the field of conservation measures and provide management solutions in order to better protect them in this model. To prepare a natural vulnerability map are used geological maps, soil, vegetation, digital elevation model (10 meter) and precipitation statistics of meteorological stations and vulnerability map is evaluated as three factors of C, O, p. In the end, the region in terms of damage in five levels was classified in very high, high, low, low and very. The results of the COP model show the natural vulnerability of the region is high. In addition, the amount of vulnerability in the two upper and upper floors of this region is about 47 % where is the highest coverage area of that region of Shisper aquifer. The results of this study show the efficiency of the proposed methods by Cast Action 620 to detect and protection of groundwater resources from vulnerabilities and natural pollution.

Abstract
Drought is a complex phenomenon caused by the breaking of water balance and it has always an impact on agricultural, ecological and socio-economic spheres. Although the drought indices deriving from remote sensing data have been used to monitor meteorological or agricultural drought, there are no indices that can suitably reflect the comprehensive information of drought from meteorological to agricultural aspects. In this study, the synthesized drought index (SDI) as a synthesized index from the vegetation condition index (VCI), temperature condition index (TCI) and precipitation condition index (PCI) were used for comprehensive drought monitoring in the Urmia Lake Basin (ULB) based on the Principal Component Analysis (PCA). For this purpose, MOD13A3, MOD11A2 and TRMM 3B43 data series were downloaded y for the period of 2001–2012. After initial processing, drought indicators were calculated using LST NDVI and TRMM data, and monthly drought severity maps were prepared. In order to validate SDI index, the Correlation relationship between SDI and SPI indices was obtained in the 3 month period during the growing season. As well as, SDI correlation relationships were investigated with wheat and barley crop yields. The results indicate that drought occurred in 2008 and 2001 in the ULB. The results of validation show that there is a correlation of 80% between the two SDI and SPI indicators. Also, the results of this study showed that the SDI index, as a comprehensive index of drought monitoring, reflects the effects of drought on agriculture.

Abstract
Human dignity is a concept that can have a significant impact on urban public space. In this sense, it speaks of the value of human beings and their status as a thoughtful and spiritual being. Discovering this valuable feeling in an environment that is widely used by citizens is important to the research. The subjective and interactive nature of this phenomenon The purpose of this study was to analyze explicit inductive qualitative content analysis as a research method and to interpret contextual data obtained from in-depth unstructured interviews and field observations, and its perception among various actors and how human dignity was generated. Used. The data were analyzed through a systematic coding process with the aim of classifying concepts up to three levels of abstraction. The selection of participants in this study was purposeful and aimed at developing concepts to reach saturation. The findings of this study indicate that the concept of socialization is one of the most important factors in people's perception of human dignity. It is conceptualized with other concepts such as loss of personal distance, development of social communication, intimacy, social diversity and unity with the environment and society. Is formed. What is of interest is the relationship between these factors and the complexity of their relationships that have led to the formation of a sense of human dignity in individuals. Although the multifaceted concept of human dignity will be able to accommodate the broad concepts and meanings that are involved in this study The concept of socialization of urban public space has been carefully considered.

Abstract
Following developments in urban contexts of contemporary Iran, the creation of new urban contexts and cities has a direct impact on the ecosystem of its surrounding area. Urban neighborhoods on the path to achieving the goal of sustainable urban development require the integration of architecture and the principles of environmental sustainability. Using the Sustainable Architecture approach based on the principles of world standard is one of the most effective steps in this field. Progressive research, combined with the LEED World Standard Code of Conduct as a basis for evaluation, has revised the classification of the indicators of this Code based on biological and indigenous characteristics in the Qom city. To this end, urban texture and neighborhood assessment metrics are explained in the LEED and then with the aim of determining the importance category, baseline indices at the scale of the study area - renovated settlements (Pardisan City) - in a manner Qualitative analysis has been investigated. Finally, quantification in each section of context indices is done based on existing statistical documentary data for accreditation sub-indicators and, according to the final findings, a new classification of baseline assessment indexes for contemporary urban context designs. Based on the degree of effectiveness provided.

Abstract
Along with different states Economic policies in post-revolutionary Iran, have followed more or less the same path; in such a way that today, important parts of Iran's economy are trying to reproduce a non-competitive and non-preferential environment. Therefore, it is necessary to study the mechanisms governing the Iranian economy due to the decline in economic indicators. In this regard, the present study, using the method of discourse analysis and using semi-structured interviews, first explores and extracts the most important issues related to the current political economy of Iran and then, using the paradigm model has developed an appropriate strategy for the optimal management of the economy. The results show that the most important categories related to the current defective economy are the spatial distribution of power, the rentier state, and the underdevelopment of the social sector, the Dutch disease, sanctions, as well as epistemological ignorance and methods. Cognition of international political economy. Among these, the two factors of space nationality in Iran and the state's reliance on non-productive resources have caused states in Iran to become anti-geographic. In addition, the proposed strategy for the optimal management of Iran's political economy in the framework of the actor-network theory is to construct a central category of the social economy network, which by creating a balance and exchange between the concepts of society, economy and state, it leads Iran's political economy to spatial fluidity and a production-competitive economy.

Abstract
The concept of balance has been applied into various areas such as Davis's evolutionary perspective, the field of systemic epistemology as well as the concepts and interpretations of the Quranic verses about the phenomena of the earth's surface. Davis's theory about the balance of forms and morphology states that the forms of the earth in longer periods of time are evolving or gradually decaying, in other words, they have progressive and irreversible change. This concept has strong entropy maximization and positive feedback, but without a doubt, what is meant by the concept of balance in Davis's point of view is comparable to what is meant by the systemic point of view and the concepts of verses from the Quran that show evolution, order, continuity and balance in phenomena. In this regard, there are three points of view that can be examined. They are similar considering two of the points of view, however, there are differences regarding the time frame required for the destruction of the mountains. However, according to Gilbert's point of view, the appearance of the form and process can be associated to mechanisms of negative feedback. The results are subject to change and fluctuation with different intensities and cause the surface forms of the earth to change their shape according to the intensity of the fluctuation which does not contradict with the Quranic verses. Additionally, Gaia's perspective, which examines life and its effects on the earth according to the positive and negative feedbacks in a system, is consistent with the concepts of the Quranic verses. This study is a fundamental research that aims to compare the three theories of Davis, Gilbert and Gaya with the verses of the Quran to discover their similarities and differences.

Abstract
Climate and the required parameters for agricultural products are the important factors of production. We can determine potential facilities in different areas and consider the maximum tapping through agricultural meteorology. Due to drylands potentials in Hamedan province, we conducted a comprehensive survey based on 20 years (1995-1995) climatic elements of 9 main and supplementary synoptic stations. Thus, according to wheat phenological conditions and matching those with climatic conditions requirements in Hamedan province, we surveyed effective indices in grow crops. Finally, using geographic information systems (GIS) we implemented climatic elements zoning and weighting. Then the appropriate and inappropriate areas of the province for dryland wheat were determined. Results indicated among the climatic elements, annual rainfall and its distribution during the growing season, also the grow degree day (GDD) are important factors in process of dryland wheat. Based on maps extracted from the GIS, about 18 percent of the areas of province which are located in west, south west including Nahavand, Tuiserkan and Asadabad cities, enjoy very potentials and 46percent medium, 34percent good and 2 percent of Ghahavand city of Hamedan city functions lacks the necessary talent. with no potentials.

Abstract
Knowledge of rangeland vegetation characteristics as well as factors affecting it in environmental planning, land management and sustainable development is very important. However, regional and up-to-date maps of pasture vegetation cover are not always available. In this study, in order to plot the vegetation cover percentage of the rangelands and monitor its changes in drought and wet periods, NDVI products of MODIS sensor during the years from 2000 to 2017 with a spatial resolution of 250 m and a 16-day time resolution, and The SPI drought index were used. The study area is the part of the rangelands located in the Southern province of Yazd. In 2013, in order to provide ground truth data, a field work was done to take the sampling rate of vegetation from the rangeland level in the study area. According to the results, the NDVI index has a good ability to map vegetation cover, so the coefficient of determination (R2) between this index and the sample points was 0.71. Based on the results, the average vegetation cover of the studied area was 11.3% during the years 2000 to 2017. The highest and lowest amount of vegetation cover in the study area was in 2000 and 2002, with moderate mild conditions and very severe drought, respectively (14.6% and 9.2% respectively). The most important factors influencing the vegetation cover in the study area are rainfall and drought periods, so that the coefficient of determination (R2) between the SPI drought index and the average vegetation percentage was 0.85. In general, based on the results there is a high potential for assessing and monitoring rangeland vegetation changes using satellite data and remote sensing technique.

Abstract
There are several limiting factors to the development of cities. These factors lead cities to develop in certain directions. Air pollution as a major problem of metropolises can itself be considered as a limiting factor of urban development by urban decision makers. 4 relatively large power plants are operating in Mashhad. There are currently two power plants in the east of the city and two in the west of Mashhad. Most of the fuel in these power plants is gasoline and natural gas. Modeling the air pollutant emissions of these power plants and identifying the pattern of pollutant emissions across the city can play a key role in the quality of life and health of approximately 3.5 million Mashhad residents. The outputs of this model can also be used as an effective parameter in estimating the urban development model. In this study, the emission of NOX, CO and 10PM pollutants was modeled and evaluated using AERMOD software in Mashhad. Using Arc GIS software, the population affected by these air pollutants was determined by one year solar time, the concentration of pollutants in different areas of the city and the area affected by the pollution concentration range was determined.

Abstract
Increasing urbanization today and the lack of integrated urban management have led to inadequate planning in cities. In this regard, the local councils, as the most prominent local institutions and the most important decentralization manifestations, symbolize the serious presence of the people to determine their own fate, if they are institutionalized in the governance structure as coordinators of the executive agencies. In these cities, they can play a valuable role in the social security of cities. The present study was conducted using descriptive-analytical approach and field method. In this study 354 people were selected using Cochran model. Next, based on the results of the questionnaire, the results were analyzed using SPSS software. Conclusions: Based on the Friedman test, among the research items, the second item is "Social Security Development", and the first item is "Economic Security Development". Among the items, the second item (Social Security) with 2.90 points out that the role of local councils in social security development is higher than other dimensions and the first item with 1.98 points of economic security development comes in last. has taken. Also, the one-sample t-test showed that the significance level of the test is less than (0.05) and at 95% confidence level there is a positive significant difference between the dimensions of council functions and the dimensions of sustainable urban security development.

Abstract
In the city of Sarkrood, the expansion of tourism trends with inappropriate planning and weakness of infrastructure and tourism management has had many negative effects on environmental, economic and social terms. The purpose of the present study is to integrate the Sarkhoud coastal area with a tourism development approach. The research is a descriptive-analytical, and the method of collecting research data on the theoretical foundations of research, recognition and analysis of Data and Libraries is in relation to field studies in relation to the study sample. The questionnaire tool has been used to collect field information, which has been distributed among the random sample of 20 people. Exoert choice software has been used to analyze the questionnaire data. The AHP hierarchical analysis method has been used for weightlifting and ranking criteria. The questionnaires were also distributed among experts and citizens to investigate the relationship between tourism and economic and environmental components, and the findings were analyzed using the Tau Kendall B and Pearson correlation test. The results show that from the point of view of half of government officials and experts, the expansion of the tourism industry on the one hand reduces the region's economic prosperity and on the other hand reduces regional security and environmental pollution. So in the current situation there is no motivation to expand the tourism industry for government managers; Thus, in order to prevent gaps and parallel activities, the provision of services to sustainable tourism development requires the integration of tourism management and continuous planning in organized, participatory and popular.

Abstract
Poverty is a social, economic, cultural and political reality that has long been one of the greatest human problems. The diversity of problems, needs and problems of the deprived and low-income groups of the society and the multiplicity of poverty indicators on the one hand, and on the other hand the lack of financial resources and credits to solve the poverty indicators, organizations in charge of poor affairs, including Imam Khomeini Relief Committee Has faced serious challenges in the optimal allocation of resources. Therefore, the aim of the present study is to classify the clients of Tabriz Relief Committee from the perspective of livelihood poverty indicators, ranking these clusters in terms of cost and finally allocating productive and optimal resources for each cluster. In this way, with the least resources, a wide range of the needy benefit from these resources. To do this, with cluster analysis of data extracted from the system, 700 clients of Tabriz Relief Committee have been clustered from the perspective of livelihood poverty indicators and K-mean method. The results of this study were a cluster structure consisting of 10 clusters, which according to the characteristics of the clusters, titles for the clusters were considered. Finally, in order to rank the clusters, a multi-characteristic SAW decision-making method has been used. The research findings show the difference between the effectiveness of allocation in clustering method compared to other traditional methods.

Abstract
Since geographical space is a subjective space, due to the difference in the spatial cognation of different people, its perception can be changed from person to person. This cognation depends on the person's experiences of the environment and can be taught. On the other hand, the best age for this training is childhood. But this issue has received less attention. Therefore, the aim of this study was to determine the effect of architectural experiences from the environment on the spatial cognation of students in Tehran. This research was conducted by quasi-experimental method. This was done by measuring the students' perspective perception and wayfinding ability before and after the architectural experiences of the environment. In this regard, pre-test and post-test were used together with the control group. The model used in this study was one-way analysis of covariance (ANOVA). The tests included measuring spatial cognation by perspective perspective drawing by sketching the landscape mental image and wayfinding tasks. For validity measurement, face validity was used and for reliability measurement, Cronbach's alpha was used, which is higher than 0.70 for spatial cognation and its dimensions. Significance in the effectiveness of architectural experiences of the environment in understanding the perspective and the wayfinding ability that are part of spatial knowledge, showed the development of students' cognation of geographical space.

Abstract
In the history of humanity, human always has suffered all difficulties with effort to reach to comfort and well-being until the human provides a way to achieve the comfort. In the viewpoint of climate four elements have significant role in formation of human comfort and discomfort conditions that according to the climatic conditions in different areas, the type and effect of these elements on individuals are also different. The aim of this research is to determine the areas of climatic comfort. For this purpose, temperature, precipitation and humidity data were derived from database of Esfazari for Khuzestan province during statistical period 1965 to 2014. In this process, at first discomfort climate has been defined using temperature, precipitation and humidity based on distribution probability conditional. This research is to determine the areas of climatic comfort in Khuzestan province using multivariate analysis (Cluster analysis and Discriminant analysis) and spatial autocorrelation pattern (Hot Spot index and Moran index) with emphasis on architecture. The results showed that the areas with climatic comfort are included in north and east parts of Khuzestan province. However, the areas of climatic comfort by spatial method have been limited somewhat. Results further indicated that the areas of climatic comfort have decreased significantly towards recent periods especially in cluster analysis and discriminant analysis that a trend of reduction has been remarkable in cluster analysis (from 23.60% in the first period to 17.60% in the fifth period) and discriminant analysis (from 26.97% in the first period to 14.98% in the fifth period).
