Abstract

Awareness and understanding of the climate trends by farmers and the attitude towards the necessity of this awareness is one of the essential capacities in agricultural societies. Farmerschr('39') attitudes to climate information are affected by their behavior with the climate hazards and uncertainties and influence their decision on adopting appropriate strategies to minimize the damages caused by climate changes on agriculture and improve their readiness. Hence, the aim of the present study was to establish a comprehensive framework and model for the qualitative evaluation of studies discussing the factors that affect farmerschr('39') attitudes to climate information utilization with a systematic review approach. For this purpose, the following keywords, including climate, climate change, climate changes, meteorological information, global warming, drought, flood, chilling, frost, climate hazard, precipitation, temperature with the aid of the following keywords namely, farmer, farmerchr('39')s attitude, farmerchr('39')s perception, farmerchr('39')s knowledge, and indigenous knowledge were used in both languages, Persian and English, among the articles published between the year of 2000 and 2019. After three stages of screening 788 related articles and according to approved criteria, 25 scientific and research articles were selected and explored. After qualitatively evaluating these articles, a model with five bio-environmental, individual, social, economic & technological factors as well as 19 dimensions has been proposed to evaluate the factors affecting farmerschr('39') attitude towards using climate information. Finally, to apply the results of this study, a unified conceptual model is presented that can be the strength of the existing frameworks in making the national agricultural policy.

Abstract

Along with the development of cities and increasing population, many challenges have been created, the most important of which is urban transportation. The inability of traditional urban management to address this challenge has led to some approaches, including intelligent transportation. Adopting and implementing such an approach in metropolitan areas requires a change in management approach, of which integrated urban management is known as the most important. The purpose of this study is to investigate the status of integrated urban management and then its impact on the realization of intelligent transportation in the city of Zahedan. The research method is descriptive-analytical and based on data collection in the field through a questionnaire. The validity of the instrument and its reliability was confirmed by Cronbach's alpha greater than 0.70. The statistical population of the study is urban experts in Zahedan. The sample size was set at 100 people. The result of the one-sample t-test shows that the variables of integrated urban management are significant at the level of less than 0.05. From the statistical point of view, the 7 variables of good governance, synergy, unity of urban command, context, interaction, organizational structure, and systemic perspective are not in a good situation and these conditions have caused the integrated urban management index in Zahedan to not have favorable conditions. Also, the significance of the test shows that the 5 variables of intelligent transportation, namely intelligent monitoring, intelligent payment, intelligent violation registration, intelligent information, and mechanized fleet management are significant at the level of less than 0.05. Significantly, it indicates the unfavorable situation of the intelligent transportation index in Zahedan. Regression showed that integrated urban management variables can be more than 68% effective in the realization of intelligent transportation and 32% are dependent on other factors. The variable of good governance with 12% and then the systemic perspective with 11%, has the greatest impact in this regard.

Keywords: integrated management, intelligent transportation, Zahedan city.

Abstract

Cities are open systems that constantly change and bring about changes in inside and outside neighboring areas. With the rapid growth of urban population in the world, cities sprawl and occupy surrounding lands. In this situation, attention to the developments inside urban space could be a key principle in urban planning. The aim of this study was determining and prioritizing economic, social and ecological factors which influence inside urban space indicators in City of Gorgan using Delphi method and literature review. Following the increase in population, developments inside urban space in the future is inevitable. Understanding and recognition of this process is essential to effective management in the field of conservation of the urban environment. Four expertize requirements should be taken into account: knowledge and experience of the field of study; ability and willingness to participate; adequate time to participate; and effective communication skills. Experts’ panel included fifteen specialists from municipality, city council, academics, cultural and medical service providers, police, urban planners and citizens, whose points of view were collected using questionnaires. Data collection for questionnaire was repeated 4 times to reach a consensus. Overall, twenty - four factors were identified for the economic, social and ecological factors, and then the degree and percentage of importance for each one was determined. Results showed that the most important indicator is feeling of security followed by the noise pollution and environmental pollution. Results could be helpful to urban planners and related organizations to improve inside urban space for welfare and life quality of citizens. Prioritization of these indicators provides an appropriate action agenda for the managers.

Abstract

The science of urban planning, like other sciences, has been influenced by different intellectual currents. The origins of Folding urbanism, which owes much to philosophy in rhizome, based on Leipnitz mathematics, emerged in architecture by Peter Eisenman, which today survives on an urban scale with postmodern feminist literature as anti-Oedipus and anti-Freudian. Gives. Folding urban planning can be studied in three levels of geography, landscape and city. In this research, landscape and city levels are discussed. Objective: In this research, the evolution of folding is based on Foucault genealogy, which deals with the holes of history and power relations. In the field of urban planning of these relations, the ontology of urban topology layers according to Riemannian equations and Deleuze philosophy in the works of architects such as Peter Eisenman, Zaha Hadid, Eric Owen Moss, Charles Jenks, James Wines.  The research method in this paper is descriptive-analytical with a combination of inductive and deductive. The process of this research has reached the conclusion that Folding urbanism is based on Mendelbrot fractal geometry, Lotfizadeh fuzzy logic and in Lawrence chaos atmosphere and power relations in the glory of feminism and its manifestation on urbanism are the main reasons for the formation. Urbanization is a folding. Results: Similar theories used in folding architecture, rhizome, anti-Oedipus, Mobius, hermeneutic cycle, theories have been formed that are closely related to Gestalt psychology and the phenomenological view that is hidden in the philosophy of unity in plurality. In these theories, the component is folded in its entirety. The skyline, the accesses, the views and all the architectural reserves form a whole unit. Theories related to folding urban planning such as small-scale urban carpets in urban furniture have not been successful, but in single buildings have provided the desired philosophies and have been somewhat successful, and on a large scale in the city well phenomenology, unity in plurality , Contains rhizomes, anti-Oedipus and all the issues raised within it.

Abstract

Rivers are environmental forms that react strongly to changes in their bed, tectonic is the most important factor affecting morphology of the river, causing significant changes in river systems. In this study, using the digital elevation model (DEM), Geographic Information System (GIS) and Global mapper 13, we investigated the effect of tectonic activity on river systems in the eastern slopes of Mullah Daghi, southeast of Zanjan province, this The area is drained by Abhar river. Using the Digital Elevation Model (DEM) in the Arc Gis 10.2 software environment, required maps including geological maps, topography and…, Geological map of 1: 250,000 leaves of Zanjan was used to prepare the fault map. In order to achieve the research objectives, tectonic activity indicators including: are Mountain front sinuosity, basin shape, drainage density, longitudinal gradient of the river, River maze, basin asymmetry, hypersometric integral, the topographic symmetry of the basin and the width of the valley floor to the height. The combination of these indicators is achieved by the tectonic activity index (IAT). The results obtained through the Iat index indicate the activation of tectonic and neotectonic in the watershed of Ardejin and Abhar and the moderate activities in the basin of the zareh bash basin. The impacts of these activities on river systems that are different from the tectonic indexes in the studied basins, such as river meanders(main stream), coniferous formation (Ardejin watershed basin),  tilt watersheds  abhar and Ardejin and  the shape of the basins (Basin elongation zareh bash)
