Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze and analyze Iran's precipitation over the past half-century(1967-2017). For this purpose, the average monthly rainfall of Iran during the statistical period of 50 years was extracted from Esfazari databases (Which is provided using data from 283 stations of Synoptic and Climatology). Regression analysis was used to analyze the trend and to analyze the annual and monthly rainfall cycles of Iran, spectral analysis was used. Investigation and analysis of monthly precipitation trend indicates that except for central Zagros (Lorestan and Chaharmahal va Bakhtiari and Gorgan areas, where rainfall in winter season has increased trend), in other parts of the country and in other seasons, the trend of decline Precipitation is prevalent. The study of Iranian rainfall cycles has been shown  that Most of Iran's rainfall cycles are 2 to 4 years old and have a short term course. Meanwhile, there are two middle-cycle 25-year cycles in January-July and two long-term 50-year cycles in March and December, indicating a trend in the March and December rainfall. The two months of February and October lacked a clear cycle. The analysis of the auto-correlation model of rainfall showed that the high spatial auto-correlation model in winter was consistent with the western, southwestern and coastal of the Caspian Sea and covered about 14% of the country's. The low spatial auto-correlation model is found in sparse spots in the southern, central and southeastern regions of the country in winter and spring, and covered about 7.5% of the country's. The results of this study indicate that the overall trend of Iran's rainfall is decreasing trend and only in winter, in the small regions of the country, the increase trend is observed.

Abstract

Housing as one of the basic human needs a significant impact on the health and improve the quality of life of individuals. The quality of housing as one of the main foundations of a comprehensive program and a necessary tool for expressing the various dimensions of economic, social, cultural, environmental and physical development of sustainable, has a special place in urban planning. The purpose of this study is to analyze the spatial quality of housing quality in urban neighborhoods in central Zanjan city. The type of research is applied and descriptive-analytic in nature. The information gathering method was used by the library method (set of statistical blocks of 1395 and detailed plan of 1394). Combined methods of the Tedim model and the geographic information system are used to analyze the data. The results of the research show that inequalities are found among the middle areas of Zanjan city. In the residential areas, 18.91% of the low-quality housing, including the besim neighborhoods, ghabrestan balla, Vahdat, Khatam, Amadgah, Goljak Abad, 21.80% of the dwellings The relatively low quality of the ashaghi gabristan, the shahada, Meydan enghelab , alley waliasr, Niksazan, 22.71% of the average quality housing, including the district of the Forodgah, Rajaee Town, Amjadiyeh, Najaem, Qadas, Fateh, 17.43% of the relatively high quality housing Which includes eastern Ansariyah, Vahidieh, Shoghi, 17  Shahrivar, shahada masged, Goniyeh, Ja'fariyah and ultimately Lots of Azadi, Ansarieh, Etemadieh, Black Alley, North Saadi 19.15% of the houses are of high quality.

Abstract

In some areas, it is surprisingly possible to see a dense cover of rangeland species that has sustained soils and controlled the sedimentation rate of marl lands. It seems that some of the physical and chemical properties of marl are the main reasons for such a cover in the areas covered by Marlene formations. This research was carried out with the aim of thorough and systematic examination of plant species and determining the need for habitat and their protective role in the eastern, southern and western regions of Ilam. For this purpose, 48 specimens of Marne deposit were harvested from three areas and 33 physical and chemical tests were carried out. Botanical investigations were carried out using recurrent field observations and plots at 180 points, and plant specimens were identified after transfer to the plant museum According to the results of experiments on marl samples in these three regions, according to the stratigraphy of marl formations Gurpi, Pabdeh, Gachsaran and Aghajari, the sediments of these three areas were evaluated for the salinity (EC), bulk density (BD), sodium (Na +) and Soil saturation percentage (SP) and some physical parameters such as sand, sand and silt particles have significant differences. This difference can be one of the factors affecting the diversity and diversity of vegetation grown in three areas. The most important point is that in both eastern and western regions of Ilam, the species of Quercus brantii is abundant and dominant, and it can undoubtedly be considered as the most adapted plant species in the areas covered by Marlene formations of Gurpi and Pabdeh in these zones. . The second dominant species is No mu, Ha sa and Zi nu, which is compatible with the southern marl zone of the city of Ilam.

Abstract

In recent years, enhancing social capital and participation of rural communities are taken in consireation in many rural development programs in Iran. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of microcredit fund created in the Carbon Sequestration Project on the promotion of social capital of the community member in the Hosseinan village in Damghan. To this end, the level of participation and social interaction of the members of four rural development groups before and after the project implementation was analyzed using social network analysis method. The required data were collected through participatory workshop from whole network members of 38 people in 4 randomly selected groups. Bootstrap test was used to compare the density and centrality of the network before and after  the project implementation. The results show statistically significant (P<05) increase in density and centralization of the collaboration network after the project implementation. The project also succeeded in attracting the participation of people with different levels of education, and there was no significant difference in the degree centrality people with different educational groups. Similarly, the project has had a significant impact on the creation of coherence between the development groups of the village of Hosseinan.

Abstract

The endogenous growth pattern reflects the importance of the quality of human capital and even the social system and governance in which culture is considered as the source of ideas for economic sectors. A review of the policies and priorities for the development of the new economy highlights the importance of creative city indicators in managing the challenges and cultural and economic diversity of current cities. The research method in this study is descriptive-analytical and it is applied in terms of purpose. . The method of data collection is mainly library and documentary by means of catch-up, housing statistical blocks of 2016 and detailed plan map of 2015. Combined methods of  the factor analysis and spatial statistics in GIS are used for analysis. Most of Zanjan's neighborhoods lacked creative class attraction indices and spatial distribution of Zanjan's central and northern creative city indices was relatively favorable. Zanjan's neighborhood development policies have less attention to the interests and priorities of the creative class, and urban spaces other than the central and northern neighborhoods are not conducive to social interaction and creativity of residents, and urban residents, especially urban east and west, have become passive recipients of urban services and facilities.

Abstract

Water Resource plays a pivotal role in sustainable development of every area, especially in rural areas. The challenge of dehydration is one of the greatest challenges in 21st century because it can be the source of many of the world's social and ecological changes. The agricultural sector as the most important economic sector in the rural areas is directly affected by the shortage of water resources. Identifying the attitudes and solutions of indigenous farmers in facing to water deficiency plays a key role in appropriate strategies and improving the capacity of local communities to adapt to it. The purpose of this study was to investigate the attitude of farmers in the villages of Bahar County in Hamadan province toward the challenge of dehydration and identify appropriate strategies and strategies for mitigation and adaptation in the region. This research is a descriptive-analytical study. The statistical population of the study is 68 villages in Bahar County with 18376 households. According to Cochran formula, there was needed to complete the questionnaire by 375 farmers as the number of the samples. The main data were collected through a field survey using a questionnaire. The sampling method was random and the number of samples in each village was determined by proportionate stratified sampling based on the number of farmers and the questionnaires were completed randomly. Data analysis was performed using confirmatory factor analysis in Lizrel software. The attitude of the villagers towards the aridity challenge was respectively cognitive attitude with (0.883), behavioral attitude with (0.867) and emotional attitude with (0.517) of factor analysis. Therefore, it can be concluded that the villagers' attitude to the challenge of dehydration is a cognitive-behavioral. Based on this, 12 strategies consistent with the status of the region have been proposed for optimal resource management and crop water productivity.

Abstract

 
Population growth and the need for economic and social services have accelerated the demands for land and its manipulations over the recent decades. The contribution of policies and interventions of different stakeholders in land change is not adequately addressed in previous studies. This research, therefore, aims to examine the role of key stakeholders, and their policies in land-use change in the study area. In doing so a total number of 20 interviews with senior experts and informants from 13 local organizations were conducted to collect qualitative data on the form, process and cause of land-use change in the area. Atlasti software was used to analysis the interviews' data. Furthermore, Social Networks Analysis (SNA) and questionnaires were used to map the trust among the stakeholders and also the role of their policies and program on land-use changes from the perspective of other stakeholders. The results show that the policies and interventions of the municipality are playing the most significant role in land-use change via disregarding and violations of roles and related for individual illegal benefits. Additionally, departments of agriculture, rural councils are among the most trusted agents in land use governance and management. Furthermore, water shortage was the most important reason pointed out by the many interviewees for conversion of farmlands to other uses. A part from water shortage, some other reasons such as: lack of governmental support for farming, strict official constraints and difficulties in providing amenities for gardens, expensive agricultural inputs, land price increase, immigration, corruptions in local organization are identified as drivers of rural land-use change.

Abstract

 only be implemented when the aforementioned land uses have balanced distribution across the city. In this regard, the present study is to investigate and evaluate learning land uses from the perspective of spatial justice for attain of the learning city approach in Zanjan; And the main goal of this research is to find out the spatial equilibrium in the distribution of learning land uses of Zanjan city, in order to develop the learning city approach. The research method was descriptive-analytical and data collection has done by using the library-documentary method. In addition, in order to analyze the findings, after describing the basic concepts of the learning city and taking into account the principles and indicators governing it, from two indicators of capacity and social justice have been used in the framework of comparing per capita and desirable levels, Nearest Neighborhood (NN) and entropy techniques. The results of the analysis of the distribution of learning land uses in the current situation indicate that the distribution of these land uses in the city are concentrated and clustered, with spatial imbalances. In such a way they show very high qualitative and quantitative differences between the three urban areas, especially indicated in the eastern margin of district two. Such a problem has hampered the development of the learning city approach in Zanjan and has resulted in the concentration of these services in the center of the city and their shortage in the peripheral areas as made a profound inequalities between the residential areas of the city. Therefore, the results of the research provide suggestions for reorganizing learning land uses to establish a spatial justice approach at the city level.
