Abstract

At present, one of the issues of all cities is the urbanization and, consequently, the development of urban reptile tentacles on parakeet lands, the consequences of which are: Marginalization, destruction of agricultural lands, population growth of cities, failure to respond to certain services and utilities in the city, physical tissue fractures, environmental problems, especially pollution and urban disruption. In recent years, urban sprawl in many cities of Iran particularly, the boundaries of cities are affected by the urbanization process and the need of citizens. New housing has been transformed into user data and land. Considering that the city of Rasht is similar to other cities in recent years, there has been an increase in population, and has made significant changes in the use of urban land in this city. The present study seeks to evaluate the landslide changes in Rasht city during the years 1998-2016, using different patterns. Hence, to find out the type and extent of changes in the data and the factors influencing urban growth in the above area from the available AutoCAD files, detailed plan of Rasht city and also from Landsat TM imagery to measure urban growth in different directions from the hot spot of all urban users based on the proximity and the area, the results are shown Which has the user density to different levels and the breadth of applications in development and urban growth has played a significant role. Also for horizontal expansion of the city Fuzzy and Cause pattern and Markov chain network in Edrisi software is evaluated and shows that over the course of 18 years Rasht area was 4941.76 hectares It reaches 6202 hectares and represents 1260.243 hectares.

Abstract

Today, most of the world's population lives in cities, and urbanization, as the dominant phenomenon of human life, has continued to grow. But in recent years, the lives of city dwellers have faced many problems. In recent years, urban experts are looking for a solution for these problems, in which different theories, views, approaches, and models have been proposed. One of the most important approaches is the livability that is related to sustainable development. In this study, the relationship between different indicators of livability and its nature is explained. The central part of Bojnourd city has been selected as the case study. This research is a practical, desk and field study. Structural Equation Modeling with partial least squares approach and related software were used for data analysis. The results of the research showed that although there is a significant relationship between most of the indicators studied in this study and the viability, the local participation, educational facilities, and leisure facilities have had the greatest impact on livability. It was also found that there is a significant statistical relationship between residence time and identity (P = 0.01) and duration of residence and individual participation (P = 0.08) (90% confidence level).

Abstract

The increasing population growth in urban areas has created adverse social, economic, environmental and physical impacts on cities. Therefore, cities must provide better places for life. One of these places is the creation of pedestrian streets. The purpose of this research is to find out the development of a pedestrian with a human-centered approach in the city of Golghah which has been selected in the direction of three streets of Imam, 17 Shahrivar and Taleghani. In this study, we evaluated the factors influencing the utility of urban walkways in a human-centered approach from the point of view of experts and people. So this chapter consists of three main sections. In the first part of the criteria, in the form of a questionnaire and 348 questionnaires, pedestrians and residents were evaluated on the status of the streets in view of these criteria and indicators to determine the best option for walking. In the following, the criteria and indicators extracted from the study of theoretical foundations and research literature were ranked by Delphi method and the hierarchical analysis model using expert selection software. Finally, considering the importance of each indicator and prioritizing people in the streets, according to descriptive studies, alternative strategies are to be prioritized for pedestrians. To do this, first, prioritize alternatives based on the following indicators Then, considering the coefficient of importance of each and the impact of each of these indicators and sub-indicators, prioritizing the streets for the implementation of the human-made walkways was presented that Imam Street with a score of 36% compared to the other highest priority in the city of Haloogha for the implementation of the pedestrian It has a way. As well as Shahrivar St. with 33.4 percent in the next priority for the implementation of the human-like pavement plan. September 17th, with a score of 7.30%, is the third priority for pedestrians.

Abstract

by examining the level of inequality in the distribution of services and identifying the spatial pattern of injustice in the city, we can find out which of the services are in a more unfavorable situation than in this way, city management with conscious performance in spatial distribution of public services and social interests. , Reduce spatial inequalities and improve the quality of life and ensure sustainable urban development. The present research is applied and its research method is descriptive-analytical. The purpose of this analytical research is on the status of Ilam urban development indicators in order to achieve spatial justice, which uses the capabilities and facilities of geographic information system, including: map composition, Spatial statistics, etc. have been done. The results show that the spatial distribution of services in Ilam city is not desirable and the results of this study show that the concentration of urban facilities and services has occurred in the central part of the city and other areas are low in terms of urban resources and facilities. The research findings show that 20% of the city's population lives in relatively affected areas and 23.2% in areas with semi-sustainable development, and over 50% of residents live in deprived and completely deprived areas in terms of development in Ilam city. The results of the Vikor model are not considered to be sustainable development in any area. However, based on the results of the research, the focus of urban services in Ilam city follows the center-perimeter model, which means that everything from the central areas to We move around the area, reducing the distribution of services.
