Abstract

 Both visual and service quality of urban landscape play an important role in the process of visual visibility assessment and effectiveness of these services as well. Given the fact that the existence of dead, cold, and soulless spaces in cities is affected by heterogeneity and visual contamination that is free from eye-catching and desirability. Therefore, this research seeks to evaluate the visual quality of the urban landscape of the Eil Goli district of Tabriz through the scale of the SERVQUAL tool. Understand the gap between the current situation and the expectations of Tabriz people on the 45-meter of El-Goli Boulevard towards the visual quality of the urban landscape; to realize the views and preferences of Tabriz citizens regarding the visual quality of urban landscape for the 45-meter El-Goli Boulevard in order to eliminate the weaknesses while improving its visual quality, taking into account the priorities and preferences of the people and to provide informative background for decision makers to improve the urban landscape design of Tabriz. So, data collection is carried out through the various sources in a comparative-analytical manner, using the documents, records and reports. The research statistical society includes citizens, specialists and experts and managers of the Department of Parks and Municipality of District 2 in this area which totally 310 questionnaires used for data collection. A questionnaire, expert analysis and library analysis will be carried out in the field observations for two sides of the El-Goli 45-meter Boulevard. The SPSS software, Klomgroph-Smirouph and One-way ANOVA used for analyses, checking the normal distribution of variables and comparing the five dimensions of service quality respectively. The results of the study indicate the relative satisfaction of the three groups under study. Also, some suggestions presented in order to increase urban satisfaction for the 45-meter boulevard of El-Goli, Tabriz city

Abstract

The Urban Development Strategy Plan is an attempt to take into account the potential and talent capacities of the city in an institutionalized and systematic framework and the construction of a clear future as one of the current concerns that identifies strategies for creating urban sustainability conditions in good governance. The main idea of ​​this policy is that it is imperative for all cities in an increasingly competitive and increasingly global economy to have a clever and clear strategy for how its land is positioned to minimize negative effects, predict potential shocks, and exploit the comparative potential and Competitive In such a situation, making decisions for urban issues and planning for the future is much more difficult. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the urban development strategy of District 22 as one of the tools for implementing urban governance paradigm. The research method is descriptive-analytic. The tool for evaluating AHP's hierarchical analysis technique is implemented according to the views of the experts and stakeholders. The results of the research indicate a significant difference between the design of CDS and its implementation phase.

Abstract

 today, the importance of the square that have once been a place of interaction for city dwellers, has diminished. the purpose of this study was to identify the effective parameters on improving the quality of space and preserving the historical identity of the square and organizing the square by providing scientific and practiced solutions to enhance the quality of space and preserve its historical identity. This research is of descriptive-analytical type and the statistical population in the present study are people  in square .random  sampling from people of different ages and insights , after starting with the least number , continued until we reached the theoretical saturation of research.the data collection tools are field and library.the analysis was in the form of an open and closed-ended questionnaire that the validity of the questionnaire was assessed as face validity (experts opinion) . and  whit using the swot technique and spss software were analyzed. among the various items to memorize the square , the name of Gharamalek square with 59.3 % is reminiscent of the historical  and valuable space and with naming this space a living historical place is embodied in people's minds.the sum of factors and applications such as the comprehensive mosque , the historical bath , the silk road and etc have been instrumental in establishing the identity of the square.the silk road that used to cross this area in the past and is not known today , ad a negative effect on people's mental image.
Conclusion: whit designing and improving the quality of space can transform the square to enhance the level of social relations that different groups of people can attend into a collective space.and strengthening and spatial bonding and visual of square elements can be effective in creating an attractive centrality for the whole neighborhood.

Abstract

Urban design that the first was paying attention to the aesthetic dimension,now pays to the quality of the public territory in terms of physical social cultural and creating places for people using.the public territory is a temporary territory and everyone has access to and has the right to use it.tendency to have a territory and defend of  it, is intrinsic.since now women like men are present in society but they do not have enough power to choose their territory so this research is trying to introduce the effective items to creating ideal territory.the data of this study is descriptive-analytical/survey.type of study is quantitative and qualitative. The study is field and library based.the statistical population includes women with different cultures ages behaviors in ealgoli park,women's shams park,valiasr park of Tabriz that the woman were randomly selected.the sample size is 384 and it based on the Cochran formula. At first at the descriptive level were investigated with subject statistics indicators and then at the inferential level used of exploratory factor analysis to determine the model.the results include 5 influential components.these components are landscape-functional-security-morphology-psychological.

Abstract

 
Rapid urbanization causes the number of problems for citizens and urban managers, which noted the need to adopt strategies and approaches to improve the condition. In the meantime, the concept of quality of life was developed to assess the condition in cities. The quality of life as a multidimensional concept in the economic, social, physical, and other dimensions has been discussed and utilized at various levels and scales. In this research, with the aim of measuring the quality of life in informal settlements of Tabriz, survey method has been used for this purpose. It can be said that the mental attitude of quality of life dominates this research, which Satisfaction and mental opinion of the residents are the basis of work. One-sample T-test and path analysis were used to analyze the data. The results indicate that the average of all dimensions of quality of life is lower than the average, and the only socio-cultural factor is higher than the average. Also, the average total quality of life is 2.82, lower than the average, which reflects the poor quality of life in these neighborhoods. Based on path analysis, the economic dimension with 0.685 has the greatest impact on the quality of life in these neighborhoods. It can be said that any planning for these neighborhoods will be done taking into account different dimensions, in order to be effective.
