Abstract

From the time of human life until now, disasters have had a negative impact on human life; In response, individuals and communities are trying to mitigate the consequences of these disasters and establish scales to assess the initial effects; Also respond to the post-disaster needs and return to baseline. To address these challenges and, as a result, improve the quality of life in cities and metropolises, the need for long-term planning and decision-making in solving these problems is more necessary than ever. Therefore, dealing with new urban theories, each with the aim of solving urban problems, improving the quality and quantity of life of citizens in cities, improving the quality of the city environment, city management, advancing the city to become more desirable, and so on. , Is more important than ever. In recent decades, to solve these challenges and reduce its effects on metropolises and large cities, various solutions and perspectives have been proposed, one of which is to pay attention to the concept of resilient city. The present study is descriptive. - It is analytical and practical in terms of purpose. The statistical population of this study consisted of experts and professors familiar with the topics of the city. 35 university professors and experts in the field of research determined the sample size intended to complete the questionnaire. The results of this study showed that the criterion of physical characteristics of tissue with the highest D-R value (0.672) is at the top of the chart and shows that this criterion is the most effective criterion. Also, based on the calculated D + R value, the building quality criterion is the most important criterion. Also, the urban infrastructure criterion was considered as the most influential criterion due to the fact that it has the lowest D-R value.

Abstract

The performance of urban management from different dimensions is effective in the sustainable development of the city. An important and influential aspect of urban management is the quality of life of citizens in different neighborhoods. Management performance in improving the quality of life can be achieved with the participation of the people, the provision of services, transparency, and so on. Therefore, in this study, the aim is to measure the performance of urban management on the quality of life of informal settlements in Miandoab City. The research is descriptive-analytical in terms of method and nature and is one of the in-depth and quantitative researches. Data were collected from both library and field methods through a questionnaire. The validity of the questionnaire was confirmed by the elite community (10 people) and its reliability was calculated with Cronbach's alpha greater than 0.79. The statistical population of the study consists of citizens living in 10 informal settlements of Miandoab city, 11545 people. The sample size was 313 based on Cochran's formula. The result of one-sample t-test showed that the urban management index is significantly less than 0.05. The average difference of -1.403 confirmed that the urban management index for informal settlements in Miandoab is weak. Also, the regression model indicates the effectiveness of the urban management index in improving the quality of life of informal settlements with a coefficient of 0.901. The participation variable with 23% and the cleaning and environmental health variable with 11% predict the most and the least impact on improving the quality of life, respectively. Therefore, the existence of an integrated urban management consisting of people and officials with emphasis on participation-oriented and structural indicators can help improve the quality of life of neighborhoods.

Abstract

The quality of the urban environment is one of the important indicators of the development of any city. In this regard, the type of pattern that can be used in cities can have a great impact that biophilic urban planning is one of the most important patterns due to its relationship and centrality with nature. The purpose of this study is to explain the environmental quality criteria of Tehran according to the components of biophilic urban planning. The research method is descriptive-analytical and based on data collection through survey method. The research tool was a questionnaire whose validity was confirmed by the elite community and its reliability was confirmed by Cronbach's alpha coefficient greater than 0.70. The statistical population of the study also consists of urban experts and specialists, including academics and experts in Tehran. Due to the lack of statistics in this area, coronary and cost constraints, 120 experts were selected as the sample size. The results showed that the structural-functional, content and physical-spatial indicators of the quality of Tehran's urban environment based on biophilic urban planning were significant at a level of less than 0.05. The study of the mean and significant direction indicates the weakness of these indicators and lack of attention to biophilic urban planning in the planning of this city. Also, the results of structural equation modeling confirmed that the structural-functional, content and physical-spatial indices of biophilic urban planning can be effective in improving the quality of Tehran's urban environment. . Therefore, biophilic urban planning has not been emphasized in the planning model of Tehran, but the results indicate their effectiveness in improving the quality of the city's environment if used.

Abstract

Undoubtedly, the development of tourism in any region requires a precise identification of the area and the provision of facilities and services needed by tourists, which is essential for the purpose of planning at all levels in order to achieve the successful development of tourism. This research deals with the pathology of service provision and prioritization of tourist destinations in terms of tourism potential in Zanjan province. The research was a combination of qualitative and quantitative, which was the method of collecting information in the form of interviews and questionnaires. In order to analyze the interviews from MaxQuda, the hierarchical analysis model was used to evaluate the criteria and the geographic model was used for the geographical distribution of tourist destinations. According to the findings of the research, Zanjan province, despite having suitable capacities for tourism, suffers from many problems such as lack of facilities, instability in policies to improve the quality of tourism services, and lack of management and planning in tourism development, and has not yet enjoyed proper progress in this field. The low general level of services and inconsistency in planning and different views on tourism are the two main problems of the tourism services sector in Zanjan province. But according to the geographical distribution, tourist destinations: Soltanieh dome, gen chimneys, Angoran mine, Oljaito ecotourism resort, Soltanieh ecotourist resort, boutique hotel, Zulfaqari mansion, El Daghi, Seyed Mohammad bridge, Zanjan Jame Mosque, Khedevi house, colorful mountains in the first cluster This means that the tourist destinations in question are surrounded by high capabilities and more population, which should be placed as priority areas in the planning and development of services.

Abstract

Housing enjoys a multilateral functioning in the rural system. One of the aspects highlighted by planning system is the renewal and rehabilitation of housing. In our country, Iran, development of rural housing has experienced a growing trend, especially in the physical and structural aspects. However, a large part of the rural population in different areas of the country is living in non-resistant and less durable housing. This article attempts to analyze the spatial distribution and quality of rural housing in the country. In this article it is tried to address and analyze the spatial distribution of quality and construction of rural housing in various provinces in the country. The data was derived from document studies. The quality of rural housing in 9 indices has been measured for each province of the country. Data has been analyzed using VIKOR method for the multi-criteria decision analysis. Finally, the classification of provinces based on the construction and quality of rural housing was conducted using K cluster analysis in SPSS and output was drawn in GIS as a map. The results showed that there is a significant difference and distinction in the types of materials used in the rural settlements. Such that a significant percentage of the houses are made out of bricks, iron and stone that somehow confirms the durability and normal quality. In terms of spatial and local distribution it can also be said that the quality of rural housing in most of the provinces (i.e. 24 provinces) are in low-quality, medium and/or appropriate levels. Meanwhile, only three provinces of Mazandaran, Azerbaijan Sharghi and Kerman enjoy the excellent quality in rural housing construction.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to identify and prioritize impact factors of service quality in Tourism Industry. Today, Tourism knows as the most important factors for incoming of countries and Iran is one of the 10th best countries about site seeing. Hence, based on rules, the dependency of Iran’s budget on oil have to decrease. The trip is one of the most important things for each Iranian's family. Therefore, the quality of services in the tourism industry can effect on the quantity of trips. So, these factors must be identified and then the rare resources of travel agencies are allocated to them. One of the evaluation models of service quality is Servqual that has 5 criteria such as reliability; responsiveness; assurance; empathy and tangibles which each of these criteria has sub-criteria. Travel agencies can implement this model and evaluate the service quality of them. But after identification of these factors, allocation of these rare resources such as HR, budget, time for implementing improvement programs is the most important factors for each agency. Hence, for allocating rare resources of travel agencies, Rembrandt method is used. Statistics society of this research is all passengers who travel in other in the internal or external city of Iran during Esfand month. This research is done by survey and sampling did by random. The result shows that among five criteria, sympathy criterion has high priority and among sub-criteria, creating trust in customer has high priority.

Abstract
In this research, to review the role of geomorphological phenomena has been discussed in the change of chemical quality of water in the part of geography the north east of the country. Geomorphological phenomenon discussed in this research is marly hills that is result of volcanic-sedimentary activities of geological tertiary and is discussed the role of chemical effects this hills in mudding water one of the rivers current in its area (Kalateh-Sadat river in west Sabzevar) to irrigate agricultural lands around this river, that slang term to it "water-coloring" they say. In this study, methods of field observation, interview with local farmers, sampling and analysis of water and physicochemical experiments have been used. The results of tests and comparative the chemical quality of clear water and muddy water showed that the rate of deposition percent (turbidity), total hardness (concentration of calcium and magnesium) and water salinity (Electrical Conductivity) is higher in muddy water; but statistical analysis and diagramming Schuler & Wilcox and classification of SSP and SAR determined that this increase is not as critical and dangerous and the quality of potable and agricultural water of Kalateh Sadat river and even its total hardness is in favorable condition and well. In other words, marly hills and water mudding does not cause of significant changes in water chemical quality of river; Therefore, can be used of muddy water for irrigating agricultural land.

Abstract

The destruction of the rivers and, consequently, the need to reconstruct them, is one of the known important problems in throughout the world. However, suitable methods for assessing the morphological changes (morphology) associated with this action, as well as the cognition of the effect of the morphological factors in order to intervention in the process of river reconstruction, are still being explored. The JAJROOD and LATYAN-dam areas in the north east of Tehran due to the pleasant weather have always been and are in Eco tourists and nature interested people noteworthy. For this reason, during the recent decades and because of human manipulations, the JAJROOD River basin and its margins have been heavily affected. Hence the study of hydro morphological changes in this river is strongly needed. The object of this research is to evaluate the hydro morphological conditions of one part of JAJROOD River using the MQI method. Accordingly, Landsat 8 satellite images of 2018 and Landsat 4 in 1976 were prepared and were take placed several field observations. The results of the research show that all areas of the region are in poor and very weak conditions regarded to the MQI method. These problems are caused by the cutting of trees in order to create human structures, harvesting sand, creating numerous promenades along the river's estuaries and changing the river pattern.

Abstract

Training is one of the most convenient, and fastest ways to enable a society. Rural administrators are no exception; therefore, in order to achieve sustainable rural development, it is essential to enable Dehyars (rural administrators) through education and training courses. Accordingly, to improve Dehyar’s performance, they are provided with some training courses held by various organizations dealing with rural issues. Therefore, measuring the quality of training services is a prerequisite for improving the quality of training services and their performance. The research was conducted in a descriptive-analytic method. The population was comprised of all Dehyars in Nasrabad District, Torbat-e-Jam County. Nevertheless, due to small number of the participants, all Dehyars were included in the study. According to the results of the correlation test, both dimensions of ‘expectations’ and ‘perceptions’ have a positive and significant relationship with the individual characteristics of the Dehyars. The results of single sample t-test indicate that the mean of respondents' views in two dimensions of perceptions and expectations from training services is moderate to high. Further, according to the gap analysis (using the SERVQUAL model), in all aspects of the quality of training services, there is a negative gap between the perceptions and expectations of the Dehyars from training services. Nevertheless, the most important component which met the expectations of Dehyars about training services was related to accountability dimension; therefore, it is proposed to reduce the gap through organizing the workshops and training courses in an independent location with adequate equipment for the staff and instructors. It is also recommended to consult the Dehyars to see what courses they need.
