Abstract

Abstract
Evaluation of indicators of sustainable development, as the axis of human excellence, is the dominant basis of urban planning and land management and has a decisive role in spatial dispersion and the formation of environmental behavior of human societies. The method of this research is descriptive-analytical and its main tool is a researcher-made questionnaire. Data were collected using library and survey methods (questionnaire tool). The statistical population is 35 neighborhoods of Bandar Mahshahr that the sample size through Cochran's formula with 95% confidence level using the number of households in Mahshahr 382 people who through simple random sampling in the neighborhood has distributed a questionnaire.  Based on the research criteria, the results show that the neighborhoods of Bandar Mahshahr are in a state of instability and the severity of instability is different between them.  So that in the selected indicators from the 35 neighborhoods, only neighborhoods 1, 2, 6, 15, 16, 17, 19 are at a stable level and other neighborhoods (28) are in an unstable situation, this situation is affected by their position in  It is the spatial structure of the city, which has led to the formation of neighborhood inequalities in terms of indicators of social stability and segregation.  The results of route analysis have shown that all economic, social, physical, environmental and spatial justice indicators have a positive and significant effect on sustainable development of Mahshahr city, among which the economic index has the greatest effect on sustainable development of urban areas.

Abstract

In this study, the relationship between rural deprivation and environmental sustainability was analyzed. The present research is applied in a targeted, applied way and the method is descriptive-analytical. The data gathering tool was a questionnaire, an interview with the locals, a statistical journal of Lorestan province and data from the deputy of rural development and deprived areas. The statistical population includes rural households in Poldokhtar Township (N= 10619). Using Cochran formula and simple random sampling, 400 households were selected as samples. In order to identify the most important indices of deprivation from the exploratory coincidence rating test, One-sample t-test was used to determine the environmental sustainability factors and Finally, Tobit model was used to investigate the relationship between rural deprivation and environmental sustainability. The results show that the highest rate of rural deprivation is related to the economic and cultural deprivation. In the context of environmental sustainability factors, the results show that none of the factors is in stable condition. Water resources, trees, pasture, and pastures are in a state of instability and the only factor that has a somewhat stable status is the soil. Investigating the relationship between deprivation dimensions and environmental instability shows that the economic and social dimension of deprivation has the most impact and relationship with environmental instability. While cultural deprivation of the region, although high has had the least relationship with environmental instability. Therefore, it can be said that to reduce environmental instability and prevent environmental degradation, consideration should be given to the dimensions of deprivation and planning to reduce it.

Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to investigate the factors improvement of sustainable livelihoods from the perspective of local people of Ardabil County. First, factors affecting effectiveness improvement of sustainable livelihoods in the study area were identified from the perspective of local elites using semi-structured interviews. To achieve this goal, 35 residents of studied region were interviewed individually with college education and at least a bachelor's degree. In the second step of study, in order to understand and analyze rural communities' perspective of and their theoretical agreement degree with the results of the first step, 39 identified causes were the questionnaire design basis by Likert method. It can be said that studied population in this study consists of all villagers living in rural areas of Ardabil County in 2016 (N= 85053), among which 383 persons were selected as statistical sample using Cochran formula. In order to analyze the data, factor analysis model was used and the results of this model showed the most important factor improvement of sustainable livelihoods from the perspective of local people in studied region includes four components (entrepreneurship and fortification of economical infrastructures, support of demand- side and governmental interventional action, fortification of social capital and social empowerment and environmental management and fortification of physical infrastructures) that explained variance and the cumulative variance by the five factors 60.66. And finally, practical suggestions have been presented according to the results of the study.

Abstract

In this study, the actions and interactions between the city and the border were studied and explained. This research is applied in terms of purpose and in terms of descriptive-analytical method in library and field method. Data were collected through questionnaires and interviews. The statistical population consists of one percent of the population of border towns of Zahedan, Mirjaveh, Dost Mohammad, Khash and Saravan(N=8092). Using Cochran formula, 367 people were selected as the sample. Data were analyzed using Structured Analytical Model (SOWT-ANP). Findings and results showed.the most important effective factor on city-boundary relations is social factors with a mean of 3.55 and among weaknesses, Most affected were social weaknesses with a mean of 3.63 and among the opportunities examined, economic and managerial factors with a mean of 3.53 and Finally, they have the most impact on all types of threats, injuries and social threats with an average of 3.75. Also, the use of the method(F.ANP)in this study showed that the highest weight related to the threat factor was "management", which gained 7.9% of the final weight and took the first place. "Establishing economic, political and environmental security to deal with crises, attacks and ... (ST2)" is the most desirable strategy of deciding on the issue of zero value. And the strategy of "non-cooperation and interruption of cross-border relations with neighbors (WT1)" has been identified by experts as the worst strategy in this regard. Therefore, it can be said that among the factors (SWOT) "threats and challenges" in security and management dimensions is the most influential factor And the real gap between the "opportunities" is the key to improving the relationships between cities and territories. Also, from the standpoint of sustainable development management (institutional and structural) factors with the highest degree of importance and social, economic and environmental factors are ranked next.

Abstract

This study examines the criteria for sustainable urban development management in thriving cities around metropolises. Based on the content analysis method in examining the theories in this field, a special conceptual model has been developed that presents the role of various indicators affecting the management of sustainable urban development in thriving cities. Also, based on the case study method, the city of Lavasan was selected as a case study to provide a realistic understanding of the role of various components on sustainable urban management in thriving cities around metropolises. The research method was based on quantitative and qualitative methods. Based on the field visit, initial discussions and conceptual model of purposeful questionnaires were prepared. SPSS21 and Smart-PLS statistical techniques were used to find the relationships of the variables and to analyze the information of the questionnaires. 376 questionnaires have been analyzed in relation to the components of sustainable urban development management. The results of the analysis show that the components affecting the management of sustainable urban development in Lavasan can be in physical-spatial dimensions, quality of life, intelligent management, justice and examined equality, governance, and optimal legislation. The results also show that the physical-spatial factor is the most important effective criterion. Also, the path of factor analysis shows that achieving urban prosperity in cities around metropolises begins with smart urban management, governance and appropriate legislation in the field of physical infrastructure. Space and quality of life infrastructure lead to the spread of justice and equality in the city and ultimately lead to urban prosperity.

Abstract

Women play an important role in promoting employment and improving the economic situation of society. Therefore, giving them identity and independence and providing the ground for their active participation in various economic and social affairs, especially entrepreneurial activities in urban areas is a very important factor of this great force.
The experts’ demographic features are analyzed. Then the components of entrepreneurship value chain and social sustainable development are sifted out using experts’ opinions (twenty of the best women entrepreneur of Golestan province), Fuzzy Delphi method, and De-fuzzy to find the components of intended variables. Validity and reliability of questionnaires are investigated by Cronbach’s Alpha and normal distribution of components and statistical samples are also analyzed by Kolmogorov-Smirnov and Student’s t-Test. In section one, the prioritization and ranking of dimensions and components of entrepreneurship value chain are addressed (by 198 of women entrepreneur of Golestan province) by using hierarchical analysis process method and Expertchoice software. In section two, to measure the relationships between the developing women’s entrepreneurship according to value chain and the social sustainable development, the Correlational research, the Structural equation for factor analysis test, and Smart pls2 software are used that show a statistical significant. In correlational research not only the relationship between variables are detected but also the type and rate of variables relationship are reachable. The results then are discussed. And the model of developing women’s entrepreneurship according to value chain with the approach of social sustainable development is presented. The model helps adjust the developing women’s entrepreneurship and show the strength and weakness.
