The purpose of this research is to measure the urban areas of Kohgiluyeh and Boyerahmad provinces and determine the priority of development in each city and each factor. This work was carried out using 84 different combinations of spss components into 8 factors: employment and activity, housing, economic - production, transportation and communication, public utilities, health care, books and literacy and education related to the statistics of 2011 , Using two techniques: a combination of Human Development and Mauritius, and integrating their results into a merger technique. The research method is analytical-descriptive. The statistical population of the research is urban areas of seven provinces (16 cities) of the province.
