fa بررسی عوامل موثر بر توسعه درونی شهرهای مناطق خشک (مورد مطالعه:شهر اردکان) جغرافیا و برنامه ریزی شهری Geography and Urban Planning پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><strong><span dir="RTL">رشد سریع و گسترش افقی شهرها درایران شاید شدیدتر از بسیاری از کشورهای توسعه</span><span dir="RTL">&shy;</span><span dir="RTL">یافته و درحال‌توسعه باشد چراکه این فرایند اکثر شهرهای تاریخی ایران را از ساختار یکپارچه شهری محروم و آن‌ها را در برابر مشکلات خاصی برای توسعه متعادل و متوازن قرار داده است. علاوه بر این، بسیاری از اراضی، کاربری</span><span dir="RTL">&shy;</span><span dir="RTL">ها و بافت‌های قدیمی و فرسوده به‌صورت دایر و بایر در داخل شهرها در کشاکش این توسعه غیراصولی و شتاب‌زده، از جریان عمران و توسعه صحیح شهری بازمانده و اکنون به‌عنوان بافت‌های مسئله‌دار شهری مطرح هستند. این پژوهش با هدف شناسایی عوامل موثر بر توسعه درونی شهرهای مناطق خشک انجام شد پژوهش حاضر از نظر هدف کاربردی و از نظر روش توصیفی-تحلیلی است.</span></strong> <strong><span dir="RTL">در این پژوهش به منظور گردآوری داده</span> <span dir="RTL">ها و اطلاعات از روش کتابخانه</span> <span dir="RTL">ای و میدانی استفاده شد. در این پژوهش به منظور دستیابی به اهداف پژوهش از تکنیک دلفی و همچنین مدلسازی معادلات ساختاری در محیط نرم افزار اسمارت پی ال اس استفاده شد. جامعه آماری پژوهش را کارشناسان برنامه ریزی شهری تشکیل می</span> <span dir="RTL">دادند که حجم نمونه به صورت هدفمند 30 نفر در نظر گرفته شد. یافته&shy;های حااصل از این پژوهش نشان داد که عوامل مدیریتی، زیست محیطی، کالبدی و فضایی، اقتصادی و اجتماعی و فرهنگی در توسعه درونی شهر اردکان نقش دارد.</span></strong></div> The rapid growth and horizontal expansion of cities in Iran may be more intense than in many developed and developing countries, as this process deprives most of Iran&#39;s historic cities of a monolithic urban structure and presents them with specific problems for balanced and balanced development. In addition, many old, dilapidated old land, land uses and textures within cities are in the midst of this accelerated, accelerated development, left out of urban development and proper urban development, and are now considered problematic urban contexts. The purpose of this study was to identify the factors affecting the inner development of the cities of arid regions. The present study is an applied one and a descriptive-analytic one. In this study, library and field method were used for data collection. In this study, Delphi technique as well as structural equation modeling in PLS software environment was used to achieve the research objectives. The statistical population of the study consisted of urban planning experts with a sample size of 30 individuals.
