fa بررسی قابلیت‌های فضای مجازی در توسعه گردشگری شهرستان کنارک Check of virtual space in the tourism development of Konarak County برنامه ریزی توریسم turism planing پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;">یکی از رویکردهای معاصر گردشگری، استفاده از فضای مجازی و فناوری اطلاعات در گردشگری است که نگرش جدیدی به گردشگری ایجاد کرده و مرزهای بین دنیای واقعی و فضای مجازی از میان برداشته است. در این راستا هدف پژوهش حاضر، بررسی قابلیت‌های  فضای مجازی در توسعه گردشگری شهرستان کنارک می‌باشد. این پژوهش از نظر هدف، «کاربردی» و از نظر ماهیت و روش، «توصیفی- تحلیلی» می‌باشد همچنین شیوه گردآوری اطلاعات «اسنادی و پیمایشی (پرسشنامه)» است. جامعه آماری موردمطالعه در حوزه متخصصان می‌باشد که با استفاده از روش دلفی دو مرحله‌ای، 35 نفر به عنوان نمونه انتخاب گردید. روایی محتوایی پرسشنامه توسط اساتید و پایایی آن با آزمون آلفای کرونباخ در سطح 0.852 محاسبه و تأیید شد. برای تجزیه‌وتحلیل اطلاعات از آزمون  تی‌تک‌نمونه‌ای، تحلیل مسیر و تکنیک دیمتل (DEMATEL) استفاده شده است. نتایج آزمون تی‌تک‌نمونه‌ای نشان داد که فضای مجازی با میانگین 4.22 از حد مبنای (3) بیشتر می‌باشد بنابراین فضای مجازی بر توسعه گردشگری شهرستان کنارک تأثیر گذاشته است. نتایج حاصل از تحلیل مسیر حاکی از آن می‌باشد که زیرساخت فناوری اطلاعات با ضریب 608/ دارای بیشترین تأثیر و تجارت الکترونیکی با ضریب 250/ دارای کمترین تأثیر بر توسعه گردشگری شهرستان کنارک می‌باشد. نتایج حاصل از تکنیک DEMATEL نشان داد از بین شاخص‌های مؤثر بر گردشگری شهرستان کنارک، شاخص بستر مخابراتی با مقدار 5.971 بیشترین تعامل و شاخص اطلاع‌رسانی با مقدار 5.671 کمترین تعامل، شاخص شبکه اجتماعی با مقدار 1.402 مؤثرترین عامل و شاخص بستر مخابراتی با مقدار 2.088- تأثیرپذیرترین عامل هستند. با توجه به نتایج حاصله می‌توان نتیجه گرفت که با ایجاد زیرساخت‌های فناوری و معرفی جاذبه‌های شهرستان کنارک از طریق برنامه‌هایی مانند (تلویزیون، سایت‌های خبری و ...) توسعه این شهرستان محقق می‌شود.</div> <div style="text-align: justify;">One of the contemporary approaches to tourism involves leveraging virtual spaces and information technology, which have transformed tourism perspectives and eliminated boundaries between physical and digital environments. This research investigates the potential of virtual spaces in promoting tourism development in Konarak County. The study is classified as "applied" in terms of its objective and "descriptive-analytical" regarding its nature and methodology, utilizing "documentary and survey (questionnaire)" data collection techniques. The target population comprises expert professionals, with 35 individuals selected using a two-stage Delphi sampling approach. The content validity of the questionnaire was established through professional evaluation, while reliability was confirmed via Cronbach's alpha test (α = 0.852). Data analysis employed t-tests, path analysis, and DEMATEL methodology. T-test results indicated that virtual spaces (M = 4.22) surpassed the baseline threshold (3), demonstrating a significant impact on tourism development in Konarak County. Path analysis revealed that information technology infrastructure had the greatest influence (factor = 0.608), while e-commerce exhibited the least effect (factor = 0.250) on tourism development. DEMATEL analysis indicated that the telecommunications platform index (5.971) displayed the highest level of interaction, whereas the information index (5.671) showed the lowest interaction.
