هدف از تحقیق حاضر بررسی عوامل پویای موثر بر حرکات ظریف کودکان 8-3 ماه بوده است، تحقیق مطالعه­ای توصیفی-پیمایشی است که در حیطه تحقیقات کاربردی می­باشد. بدین منظور 283 کودک بوسیله مقیاس مرحله سن مورد غربالگری قرار گرفتند، مقیاس مورد استفاده شامل فراهم سازهِ محیط خانه برای تکامل حرکت اطفال، دلبستگی والدین پس از زایمان، پرسشنامه فرصت محیطی، پرسشنامه فعالیت بدنی عادتی بک، پرسشنامه سلامت عمومی بود، عوامل موثر بر رشد حرکات در سه بخش عوامل فردی، عوامل مادر و عوامل محیطی کودک دسته بندی شدند، به منظور تجزیه و تحلیل داده­های کیفی از تی مستقل و تحلیل داده­های کمی از مانوا، رگرسیون خطی به روش گام های منطقی و مدل معادلات ساختاری استفاده شده است. نتایج معادلات ساختاری نشان داد که عوامل فردی با ضریب اثر استاندارد 99/0 عوامل محیطی با ضریب استاندارد 09/0- و عوامل مادرِ کودک با ضریب استاندارد 28/0-  رشد حرکات ظریف را پیش بینی می­کنند. نتایج رگرسیون نشان داد که در قسمت عوامل فردی، انگیزش (فصل تولد و وضعیت خواب رابطه معنا داری با رشد حرکات ظریف دارد) در قسمت عوامل محیطی، فراهم ساز محیط خانه و تشویق والدین سهم معناداری در پیش­بینی حرکات ظریف دارند، .نتایج تحقیق حاضر تاکیدی بر مدل برانفن برنر می­باشد.
