هدف پژوهش حاضر شناسایی روش­ های مناسب برای بلوک مالی به عنوان یکی از چهار بخش اصلی مدل کسب ­وکار استروالدر در کسب­ وکارهای گردشگری ورزشی بود. پژوهش حاضر بر مبنای مطالعه‌ای کیفی و با روش تحلیل تم براون و کلارک (2006) انجام شده است. جامعۀ آماری پژوهش شامل ذی­نفعان و مدیران متخصص در بخش گردشگری ورزشی و همچنین افراد شاغل در بخش­های مختلف کسب­ وکارهای گردشگری ورزشی استان گیلان بودند. تعداد 15 نفر با استفاده از روش نمونه­گیری هدفمند با تکنیک گلوله­ برفی و غیرتصادفی تا مرحلۀ اشباع نظری انتخاب شدند. این پژوهش با روش تحلیل مضمون و با استفاده از نرم‌افزار مکس کیو‌دی‌ای انجام شده است. یافته‌ها حاکی از آن است که مؤلفه‌های بلوک مالی برای این نوع از کسب‌وکارها شامل 10 بعد اصلی و 27 بعد فرعی در 2 مضمون (تم) شامل مدل درآمدی و ساختار هزینه می‌باشد. ساختار هزینه شامل هزینه آموزش، هزینه تسهیلات زیرساختی، هزینه برگزاری تورها و هزینه منابع انسانی و مدل درآمدی نیز شامل نیازهای مالی، صحه­ گذاری ورزشکاران، اجاره بهای تسهیلات، حق عضویت و استفاده از نرم ­افزارها و خدمات سلامتی و گردشگری ورزشی می­ باشد. مدل‌سازی مالی حاصل از تحلیل داده‌های کیفی به صاحبان کسب‌وکارهای گردشگری ورزشی کمک می‌کند تا در محاسبه موقعیت‌ها و در نتیجه با مقایسه سناریوهای مختلف، تصمیم‌گیری کنند.
