چکیده
استودن و همکاران (2008) یک مدل برای ارتقاء سطح فعالیت بدنی، وزن سالم و مسیرهای مثبت سلامتی در کودکان ارائه کردند. بنابراین هدف این مطالعه بررسی نقش میانجی‌گری آمادگی قلبی عروقی، شایستگی حرکتی ادراک‌شده در ارتباط بین شایستگی حرکتی واقعی و فعالیت بدنی دانش آموزان دوره ابتدایی بود. تحقیق از نوع همبستگی است. 204 دانش آموزان از چهار مدرسه تهران در این مطالعه شرکت کردند. شایستگی حرکتی واقعی و آمادگی قلبی عروقی به ترتیب با استفاده از فرم کوتاه آزمون بروینینکی-اوزرتسکی (BOT-2) و راه رفتن/دویدن 540 متر اندازه شدند. همچنین برای اندازه‌گیری شایستگی حرکتی ادراک‌شده از مقیاس توانایی جسمانی پرسشنامه خودتوصیفی بدنی مارش (PSDQ) و پرسشنامه فعالیت بدنی کودکان بزرگ‌تر (PAQC) برای فعالیت بدنی استفاده شد. نتایج آزمون پیرسون نشان داد ارتباط متوسط تا ضعیفی بین همه متغیرها وجود دارد (05/0P>). همچنین نتایج تحلیل مسیر رگرسیون نشان داد  شایستگی حرکتی ادراک‌شده و نه آمادگی قلبی عروقی ارتباط بین شایستگی حرکتی واقعی و فعالیت بدنی را میانجی‌گری می‌کند(05/0P>). برنامه‌های تربیت‌بدنی بر رشد شایستگی حرکتی واقعی، شایستگی ادراک‌شده دانش آموزان دوره ابتدایی تأکید داشته باشند. زیرا باعث افزایش مشارکت دانش آموزان در فعالیت‌های بدنی و افزایش استقامت قلبی عروقی می‌شود.
