هدف تحقیق حاضر تعیین اثر تمرین چشم آرام بر رفتارخیرگی کودکان مبتلا به اختلال نقص توجه–بیش فعالی(ADHD) در اجرای مهارت فورهند تنیس روی میز بود. تعداد سی کودک در دامنه 7-12سال از بین کودکان ADHD بیمارستان امام حسین تهران به صورت نمونه در دسترس انتخاب و به صورت تصادفی در دو گروه آزمایش و کنترل قرار گرفتند. پروتکل های تمرینی به مدت 16جلسه و آزمون پیگردی پس از6 هفته بی تمرینی اجرا شد.یادگیری به صورت تغییر در رفتار خیرگی از جمله زمان شروع، انحراف،مدت زمان چشم آرام و تواتر خیرگی بررسی شد.نتایج تحقیق حاکی از کاهش تواتر خیرگی و زمان شروع چشم آرام و افزایش زمان انحراف و مدت زمان چشم آرام در کودکان ADHDاست. بین تواتر خیرگی دو گروه آزمایش و کنترل تفاوت معناداری وجود داشت. زمان انحراف و مدت زمان چشم آرام در کودکانی که پیشرفت بیشتری از پیش آزمون به پس آزمون داشتند در طول زمان پایدار تر خواهد بود. یافته های تحقیق حاضر تأیید می کندکه استفاده از تمرین چشم آرام به عنوان یک پروتکل تمرین ادراکیحرکتی می تواند برای کودکان ADHDاز طریق تغییر الگوی ادراک بینایی موثر باشد.پیشنهاد می گردد از تمرین چشم آرام به عنوان روش کمکی برای یادگیری کودکان ADHD استفاده گردد.
