The required data were collected by using researcher made questionnaire. Face validity of the questionnaire was confirmed by 10 experts in sports management and content validity was calculated based on Lawshe model CVI=0.92. In order to identify the factors and assess the construct validity, exploratory factor analysis method was used. Internal reliability was obtained with Cronbach Alpha α=0.82. To analyze the data one sample t test and ANOVA test were used. Results of factor analysis showed that 57% of the total variance was related to four factors: One-sample t test results showed that there were significant differences between all of the barriers with score criteria. Also results of ranking of barriers showed that the factor of legal-government is the most important factor inhibitor with an average of 3.76 and sports management was minimum repressor factor in the lack of financial support private companies of sport of champions with an average of 3.68. Therefore Codification of legislation and regulations for the sponsors is very important to eliminate the barriers of their participation in the sport of champions.

The data were gathered by three questionnaires: King's spiritual intelligence (2008), Berzonsky's identity styles (1992), and work involvement of Lodahl and Kejner (1965). Pearson correlation and structural equation modeling were used to analyze the data. The results showed that spiritual intelligence has a positive and direct effect on identity styles and identity styles has direct and significant effect on work involvement. Also, the research findings indicated that spiritual intelligence has positively and indirectly effect on work involvement by mediating of identity styles. Therefore, spiritual intelligence improvement can increase work involvement of sport volunteers through improvement in identity items; so if managers pay attention to these items at the time of attracting volunteers, they can design better training programs and increase volunteers’ dependence on the environment. The tool of this research was semi-structured interviews that continued until theoretical saturation stage. The reliability and validity of findings were determined by dependability, reliability and generalizability. Grounded theory qualitative approach was used to analyze the data for open, axial and selective coding. Based on the results, 128 initial conceptual propositions with 31 main categories in six dimensions of paradigm model were identified including causal conditions (5 main concepts), contextual factors (6 main concepts), confounding factors (6 main concepts), strategies (7 main concepts) and the consequences (7 main concepts). The proposed theory was also defined as "Increase the importance of development of military sports diplomacy as a tool for strengthening military diplomacy in other areas of the armed forces' mission and, consequently, the development of public diplomacy of the Islamic Republic of Iran". Abstract
The purpose of this study was to identify strategies attracting sponsors for Iranian women's football league. This study conducted in Delphi technique. First, strategies attractiing sponsors were listed in four categories: legislation, media broadcasting, federation/ league organization programs, and club programs. Then, the experts' opinions on these strategies were collected in three times. The research population consisted of two groups: 1) academic experts; 2) coaches and supervisors of the women's football teams in Pro league. 21 persons were selected as Delphi panel by judgment sampling. Delphi panel reached a consensus on 25 proposed strategies. "Games broadcasting; popular sports TV programs’ focus; and license for launching private TV” had the most and "governmentalized women's teams" had the least agreement. Media strategies, club activities, federation/league organization activities, and legislative decisions were prioritized, respectively. According to the results, the most important strategies were related to the media, which shows that sponsors were associated with women's football because of more public exposure and wider or more loyal target community. Therefore, with the social and religious sensitivities about women, resolving media challenges requires negotiation with socially and politically influential groups. Also, the performance of clubs should be improved to increase the league's commercial value and attractiveness.

This research was conducted with the aim of developing a strategic model of talent identification in Iranian Weightlifting. This study is a qualitative based on grounded theory. The statistical population was experts in power lifting and purposeful sampling method was used. The data gathering tool was deep interview. In this study, qualitative analysis approaches including open, axial and selective coding were used to analyze the findings. In addition, all statistical operations were performed using Maxqda software version 12. The findings showed that the strategic model of scouting in weight lifting sports from the strengths and weaknesses of scouting structures, the principles of talent identification, the methods of talent identification, the attributes of methods of scouting, predisposing and deterrent factors of scouting activities, and Scouting goals are formed. According to the results of the research, it is suggested that the facilitators of the scouting process be strengthened more than before. Then it is necessary to benchmark other countries, provide facilities and tools, develop specialized experts in the field of talents and special schools for weight lifting.

Abstract
People need coordination to accomplish joint tasks and pursue the same goal. The aim of this study was to investigate the predictive mechanisms in interpersonal coordination among elite rope jumping players. The research strategy was descriptive and applied and the statistical community consisted of 24 elite rope jumping players (14 to 18 years old). Subjects practiced various rope jumping tasks (individual and joint rope jumping at the same or different distances with online landing) for eight weeks until they could do them properly and without online feedback. The researcher used a Vicon motion analysis device to record three-dimensional movements of players' feet and ropes whirling and examined spatial and temporal parameters. The results of independent t-test, repeated measures ANOVA and one-way ANOVA showed that people were similar each other in movement onset time, hand-foot deviation time, timing variation in rope whirling, and landing position (P> 0.05), while a significant difference was observed in their jump height and movement time. So, players simulate each other's movements to coordinate with each other in different tasks, and their efforts distribution doesn't related to task characteristics. In fact increasing difficulty as well demand of joint task, amount of interpersonal coordination and consequently prediction ability will increase.
