Abstract

Objective: The purpose of current investigation is studding of talent identification factors and education talent development on the track & field's athletes in Iran by views of experts, coaches and athletes.Methodology: The descriptive research method was used in current research. The number of 150 experts, coaches and athletes were recruited in this research.  The number of 6 variables and 45 options form questioner were applied in statistical analysis.  Reliability of questioner was examined and the result shows the high in reliability (Cronbach's alpha test: 0.82). For data analysis KS, binomial, one sample t-test and the Friedman test were used. SPSS software was applied for statistical analysis.The result of statistical analysis has been shown significant effect and intervention by one sample t-test and binomial test in 6 factors: Knowledge and understanding, How to attract and identify, Quality of track and equipment, Role of the Athletics Federation and council, Coaches and sponsors role.Conclusion: Given the importance of the athletics federation and sponsors role in the talent Identification and talent education on the track & field's athletes in Iran, these factors may play an vital role

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to assess the status of quality management in basic and medalist federations of Iran based on EFQM-AHP Approach. Thus descriptive- survey method was conducted in two steps. First the EFQM criteria was prioritized and weighted based on paired-comparison questionnaire (AHP) through top managers of federations and then the standard self-assessment questionnaire of organizational excellence that was valid and reliable, distributed between samples (150 p) to evaluate the quality management and excellence of federations. Result of AHP showed that orderly key performance results, strategy, leadership, costumer’s results, people results, partnership and resources, society results, processes and people had high priorities and result of self-assessment showed that swimming, shooting, gymnastic, rowing, athletics and boxing federations had highest excellence orderly. The results show that implementation the quality management approaches based on recommendation of excellence model or other similar models is inevitable and could predict the succession in international events.

Abstract

Today, because of living in the machines age and the resulted less mobility and activity of citizens, the diverse and accessible sports for the citizens has become more important. This research which was carried out by qualitative methodology with fundamental-exploratory nature and using the grounded theory is aimed at designing a conceptual model for citizen sports in Tehran metropolitan area. The purposeful-snowball sampling method was used in the research. Accordingly, in order to collect the data, 25 experts of citizen sports were interviewed, and the Strauss and Corbin paradigm analysis was used to develop the final model. Given the results, motivational and health factors were identified as causal conditions, the hardware and software context was identified as the dominant field, the behavioral, structural and environmental level factors were identified as the intervening conditions. Also, promotional, legal, financial, educational, interactive and developmental measures were identified as strategies, and securing national interests, economic consequences, sport development, health-sanitary and socio-cultural outcomes were identified as the strategies implementation results. Given these findings, one can expect that by identifying the citizen sports conditions and concentration on strategic actions, the functional and operational facilities for its development and growth would be provided in Tehran metropolitan area.

Abstract

One of the main goals of the mission of experts motor learning is maximize the quality of learning experiences and optimize the educational environment .The purpose of this study was focusing on the effects of learning model, skilled model and positive self-review crawl on learning in children aged 9 to 11 years in Alborz Province. Participants of the random and available samples divided into different groups. Thus, Participants of all groups practiced three time in a week which have 20 attempt to practice in every session and totally all the crawl swimming exercises were finished at 12 session. at the end of the twelfth session acquisition test and a week after the end of the last session retention and transfer tests were taken. The dependent variable was the quality of Participants which was performed by swimming instructor-notch swimming using crawl skills assessment Czech list. The results indicate the advantage of the three types of model crawl performance and significant difference between groups in the acquisition, retention and transfer test) p<0/05(.Also, positive self-review and learning model groups was considerably better than skilled model and control group in Acquisition test. Furthermore, skilled model group scores are really higher than the control group. Positive self-review groups had the best performance in the retention and transfer tests in comparison with the other groups (learning model, skilled model and control). After that, learning model group was more effective than the rest of them (skilled model and Control groups). Finally, control groups had lowest performance among all mentioned groups
