Abstract

The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between organizational structure and innovation of staff experts of physical education organization.
Statistical population was all of staff experts of Physical Education Organization (n=320), which hence, 160 subjects were selected randomly. For collecting research data, personal information Questionnaire, Robin’s standardized Organizational Structure Questionnaire (1987) and Patched and Feiffer’s standardized innovation questionnaire were used.  Content validity of Questionnaires was confirmed by experts and internal consistency for innovation questionnaire and Structure Questionnaire was reported 0.73 and 0.78 orderly. The analyzing of data showed that that there was a significant relationship between organizational structure and innovation of staff experts (p= 0/011). There was no significant relationship between complexity and innovation of staff experts (p=0/053). There was a significant relationship between organizational formalization and innovation of staff experts (p= 0 /000). There was a significant relationship between organizational centralization and innovation of staff experts, (p=0/020). There is a significant relationship between the levels of education and innovation of staff experts. The result demonstrated that components of centralization and formalization are an inverse relationship with innovation and gender and service background have not a relation with staff expert’s selection and preference.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship of service quality, customer satisfaction and attitudinal loyalty on future intention of participations in fitness and aerobic centers of Rasht Township. The design of this study was correlational. The population of study includes all costumers of aerobic and fitness centers in Rasht that have one year attendance in this clubs. So, According to Morgan sampling tables and populations of the customers in this clubs that were 150 people, 108 samples elected randomly. To gather data, standard questionnaire of service quality (QSS) Alexandris (1999), customer loyalty (AIS) Alen (1990), customer satisfaction (OCS) Victor (2002) and behavioral future intention (BFIS) Bery (1996) was used(8). Results indicated that there was a positive and significant relation between service qualities with loyalty (r=0/395), satisfaction and behavioral future intention(r=0/486, P&le0/.5). Also there was positive and significant relation between loyalty with satisfaction(r=0/286) and behavioral future intention(r=0/524) and finally customer satisfaction had positive and significant relation with behavioral future intention(r=0/505, P&le0/.5). Regression test showed that only customer satisfaction (t=4/745) and loyalty (t=3/185) can predict behavioral future intention and service quality was mediator variable (P&le0/.5). According to the results, it should be considered that fitness and aerobic club managers should play an important role in customer satisfaction by providing more tangible services to attracting loyal customers.

Abstract

This research aims to reconstruct the functions of national media for development of recreational sports and present strategies and guidelines. The qualitative approach and data-based theorization method is used in this research. In this method, the functions and strategies of national media are elicited directly from the data obtained through profound interviews with experts in order to develop recreational sports. The statistical population in this study consists of all experts who have academic specialization and executive experience in the field of management of recreational sports and media, selected from the university and recreational sports authorities. Sampling method is snowball and 28 interviews are made with the experts as explained above. Based on the analyses of the interviews, nine functions are found for the national media in development of recreational sports. These include: the educational function, the informatic function, the awareness function, raising information, social coherence, institutionalization, highlighting, social marketing, modernism, and environmental supervision. In general terms, based on the findings of this research, one can state that media can have a prominent role in increasing the participation of people in recreational sports regarding the influence they have in attracting the audience and participating in the process of formation of public thoughts.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to survey the impact of organizational citizenship behavior on the customer-oriented in sport facilities in Shahrekord. The research method was descriptive, correlational that the survey was carried out. The study population included all employees of public and private sports facilities were Shahrekord. Measuring instruments included OCB questionnaire Paul and Mngvk (2002) and Customer oriented questionnaire Hajjat(2002)were that After ensuring the validity and reliability approved by the Confirmatory factor analysis of the samples investigated were distributed. In order to determine causal relationships and modeling, structural equation modeling (SEM) was used. Based on the results of structural equation modeling, Citizenship behavior variable rate (0/34) a significantly positive effect on customer orientation. It was also observed that a significantly positive effect of OCB (0/21) on the customer's needs. While non-significant positive effect (0/13) on the customer's delight. Hence to encourage direct customer orientation the need knowledge of the requirements of the Customer and about the variable citizenship behavior by focusing on the behavior of consciousness, consciousness and altruism can expect that customer surface growth was better.

Abstract

According to the concept of social responsibility, since professional athletes are members of society and, like other members of society, are responsible for their environment, it is necessary for them both to improve their sportive, economic and social performance and to promote the social living standards of the people of the society. Therefore, the main purpose of the present study was to investigate the social responsibility of professional athletes during Coronavirus pandemic. The research design was qualitative and was conducted through Grounded theory Also, the statistical sample of the research consisted of fourteen athletes, experts and faculty members who underwent interview. Also, the findings were analyzed through coding method in three stages open, axial and selective, and a set of basic themes was collected during the open coding process and categories were extracted from them, accordingly. Then, in the axial and selective coding stage, the link between these categories was determined under the headings of contexts, strategies and consequences. Based on the results, nine-three marks were identified in the coding, which were placed in 20 categories. According to the results, it is suggested that top officials and decision makers in sports, with awareness of the high potential of athlete’s social influence, to plan preventive policies in relation to the critical condition of COVID-19 Pandemic and considering the social responsibility of athletes in this context, make their own decisions.

Abstract

Talent management is one of the most important issues in human resource management worldwide and is still one of the most important issues in many organizations and the importance of human resources is far greater than new technologies. There are more financial and material resources. The purpose of this study was to develop a talent identification management model in rocket sports with a data theory approach. The method of the present study was qualitative and exploratory. The statistical population of this study is experts, professors and experts who are somehow directly involved in finding talent in Iranian racquet sports in the Ministry of Sports and federations and education and academies and sports centers. The sampling method was non-probability sampling, with purposeful selection and with maximum variability or heterogeneity. The sample size in this study was 20 people. The interview measurement tool was open and was analyzed based on three stages of open, axial and selective coding. Based on data analysis, 159 basic concepts (open source), 25 core code and 5 selective code were identified. Finally, it can be said that the proposed model, which has been developed according to the opinion of experts and experts, can be positive in identifying talent in rocket sports.
