CLQ is included of 20 questions which 3 leadership style, including transformational, transactional and People oriented. Internal validity of questionnaire was determined by using Alpha Cronbach's test of =&alpha) 0/97). In order to analyze the data the following statistical methods in a significant level of (P&le0.05) were used: Kolmogorov- Smirnoff, mann Whitney U and Kruskal Wallis.
The result of this study indicated that: there is a significant difference between creative leadership styles of transformational, transactional and people oriented with gender of Chiefs Sport Committees (Z=-0.51, p&le0/05). Also there is a significant difference between creative leadership styles of transformational with gender (Z= -0.48, P&le0.05), creative leadership styles of transactional with gender (Z= -0.64, P&le0.05) and creative leadership styles of people oriented with gender (Z = -0.41, P&le0.05), separately. An otherwise the result also indicated that there is a significant difference between the creative leadership styles with post of Chiefs Sport Committees (Z=-0.60, p&le0/05). Also there is a significant difference between creative leadership styles of transformational with post (Z = -0.44, P&le0.05), creative leadership styles of people oriented with post (Z= -0.60, P&le0.05), separately. But there isn’t significant difference between creative leadership styles of transactional with post (Z= -0.78, P&ge0.05). Another wise significant difference between the creative leadership styles with position staffing (X2=9.41, p&le0/05) and significant difference between the creative leadership styles with activity presidency (X2=13.25, p&le0/01).

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to predict the management of change through the use of information technology components in the Ministry of Sports and Youth of the Islamic Republic of Iran. To collect data, a questionnaire was used to survey the acceptance and use of information technology in the workplace (Davis, 1989) in four sections: perceived usefulness with 6 questions, perceptual ease with 6 questions, attitude towards the use of information technology with 5 questions, and The tendency to use information technology with 4 questions and a total of 21 questions of five values (Likert number 1 to 5, too many) were used and the AdCaracy FAQ changed the management to assess the extent and the extent to which employees were exposed to changes in the workplace to measure The components of knowledge, desire, knowledge, ability, and reinforcement (Likert Five Value Questionnaire). The questionnaire from the translated translated article is a research article to investigate the extent and staff resistance to change (Boehne, 2012). It is worth mentioning that the questionnaire is a super standard and international, and with the confirmation of professors, Is. Its reliability has been approved and certified at an international level of 96%. The methodology of this research is descriptive-survey. The results of the research were descriptive and inferential statistics such as Kalmogorov-Smirnov (to determine the normality of the data), single-sample t-test (to determine the status of the main variables), Pearson correlation coefficient (to determine the relationships between variables), multiple regression test (forward direction Nasal variables) were analyzed using spss software. The results showed that there is a significant relationship between "change management" and "application of information technology". Also, there is a significant positive relationship between "perceived usefulness", "perceived ease", "attitude toward application" and "tendency to use" with "change management" (p <0.05)., So it can be deduced that change management can be predicted through the IT component. In this research, change management is considered as a criterion variable and is predicted through the application of information technology components.

Abstract

The journey from championship to Sportsmanship status is a very difficult but possible way, so purpose of the research was to design a model for developing sportsmanship champion in the sport's Iranian. The present study was Exploratory qualitative research approach of grounded theory approach of Strauss and Corbin (1998) performed. The statistical population was including experts and elites who were selected by theoretical and non-random, Purposive sampling. Data were collected through interviews and field notes. The researcher reached theoretical saturation after performing 19 interviews and data from the interviews were analyzed through the coding method in three stages: open, axial, and selective. The findings were based on context include 10 components (corrupt contexts, ethics, economics, forgetfulness, ineptitude, bias, defective structure, official conflict, interaction, and indifference), Intervention-centered coding results consisted of 8 components (communication, aristocracy, religiosity, antiquity, culture, structure, politics, and society), strategy coding results including 8 components (deviation monitoring, culture building, structuring, reverberation, self-education, and training). It seems that three elements of community, sport and individual are effective in the development of athlete's athletic development and the suggested strategies of this research can help to achieve this.

Abstract

The purpose of this research was conducted to examine the relationship between emotional intelligence and perfectionism, quality of coach–athlete relationship in elite material arts. Present study research method was descriptive– correlational, The statistical population included all the martial arts (Taekwondo, karate, judo, wushu and wrestling) present in Super league Competitions in 2017 and 300 male (60 Coaches and 240 Athletes) were participated and completed the Questionnaires of emotional intelligence, perfectionism and quality of coach–athlete relationship. The data was analyzed by Pearson correlation and multiple regression (Enter method) tests. The results revealed a significant relationship between emotional intelligence and self-oriented perfectionism with quality of coach–athlete relationship (p>0.01), In addition, Data analysis revealed that emotional intelligence and perfectionism predict 58 percent of quality of coach–athlete relationship variance, But this prediction was reversed with dimensions of other-oriented and socially prescribed perfectionism. (p>0.001). According to the findings, It seems that character of emotional intelligence and perfectionism in Coaches have an effective role in quality of coach–athlete relationship and the levels of quality of this relationship which elite material arts uses is correlated with these characteristics.

(2019) questionnaire was used to measure attitude and empathy variables. To review and analyze of the data, descriptive and inferential statistics were used using the construction equation model, which used SPSS 25 and Smart PLS 3.2.9 software for experiments and analysis. The results showed that social responsibility had an effect on brand support behaviors and fan attitudes, also, the attitude of the fans on the supportive behaviors of the brand was influential and the mediating role of the fans' attitude regarding the impact of social responsibility on the supportive behaviors was confirmed. Abstract

The outbreak of Covid-19 disease has had several effects on the sports industry in general and championship and professional sports in particular. One of these effects was the one-year postponement of the 2020 Tokyo Olympics as the world's largest sporting event. The main question of the present study was whether the postponement of the Tokyo 2020 Olympics is an opportunity or a threat for our country's sports caravan? In order to answer this question, grounded theory qualitative research method was used. Grounded theory includes several styles that were used in this study through the emerging finding of Glaser (1992) in data analysis. Sources used include interviews with athletes, coaches, veterans, experts, experts, and officials, as well as news and documents published on reputable Internet portals, including the International Olympic Committee website, the National Olympic Committee website, and the website of the Olympic Games Federations of the Month. 2019 to March 2020. Logical induction method was used to analyze the data during three stages of open, axial and selective coding. The results indicate that a total of 92 independent initial marks were generated in the extracted codes. These signs were then classified into 38 signs due to their multiplicity, which was based on conceptual and semantic similarity. As a result, sub-symptoms were classified into 12 sub-categories. Among these, two main categories of opportunities and threats of postponing the Tokyo 2020 Olympics emerged. Opportunity codes include 6 items (maintaining the health of athletes and people, increasing fitness, earning quotas, improving injuries, coherent planning, increasing youth experience) and also codes identifying threats of postponement of the Tokyo 2020 Olympics include 8 items (physical and mental injuries, disorder). In the training program, there was a decrease in the level of performance, athletes' injuries, athletes' retirement, uncertainty of quotas, coaches' contracts, financial difficulties). According to the results, the one-year postponement of the Olympic Games due to the outbreak of the Corona virus can be considered an opportunity for athletes to gain more experience and plan by the federations and the International Olympic Committee, which can increase the chances of the country's athletes winning medals Upgrade.
