Abstract

The current research has been prepared for giving away for quality of spending the leisure time with emphasis on doing physical activity. The research was done on 517 Individuals with visual impairments students in 1389- 1390 school year using a descriptive research in the field way. The research past its primary phases using cluster random sampling way and then using the 85 question questionnaire. The descriptive and inferential statistics of (chi-square) have been used in analyzing the findings. The findings showed that more than 50% of the Individuals with visual impairments students spend more than 8 hours per day aimlessly. More than 70% of the Individuals with visual impairments students have no sport facilities in their schools or near their homes. According to the findings of this research, there is a meaningful difference between the duration of leisure sport activities and spending time aimlessly. The preventing factors of doing leisure sport activities make a meaningful difference on doing or not doing these activities. Also there is a meaningful difference in relation with the amount of Individuals with visual impairments student’s participation in leisure activities and leisure sport activities in comparison to the different vision acuities.

Abstract

Nowadays, technology is becoming one of the most important factors that contribute to the Internationalization of recreational sports industry.This study was done to design a model to develop recreational sports by new technologies in Iran. This study was carried out with mixed Methods.In the qualitative part, semi-structured interviews were conducted with 13 participants through purposive and standard sampling methods. The content analysis method was used to analyze the data and in the same section, a questionnaire was prepared based on the identified themes from the qualitative part, which included the available dimensions and components. Questionnaires were distributed among 406 samples after confirmation of validity and reliability. Descriptive statistics and confirmatory factor analysis were used for analyze the data. The findings of this study showed that the main themes of the model of development of recreational sports through new technologies are divided into four parts: propulsion and stimuli, challenges of using new technologies, opportunities to use new technologies and consequences of using new technologies in the development of recreational sports. Presently, increasing human-computer equipment interaction is facilitating new ways of using technology in sports environments, and in the future, technology will bring structural changes in all sectors of sports, especially recreational activities.

Abstract

The aim of the current research was to provide a work-life balance model for working women with an emphasis on improving the quality of free time. The current research was interpretative, applied and qualitative based on thematic analysis method. The statistical population was sports management professors and leisure experts who were interviewed with 17 people using the snowball method and according to information saturation. The measurement tool included a semi-structured interview and data were analyzed according to the six stages of thematic analysis. The results showed that the work-life balance model for working women with an emphasis on improving the quality of leisure time has three dimensions of effective factors (cultural factors, inhibiting factors, motivational factors, facilities and equipment, the level of knowledge, the characteristics of physical activities in the leisure time program, financial issues, management issues and cultural issues), strategies (educational, managerial and financial strategies) and consequences (increasing vitality, increasing health, economic development and sustainable socio-cultural development). Managers should pay attention to educational and management issues and by privatization, proper budget allocation and incentive packages, they should contribute to the prosperity of free time as much as possible and to balance the work and life issues of working women.
