fa جهت توجه در مراحل مختلف اجرا و نقش آن در موفقیت تکنیکی جودوکاران خبره در رقابت رفتار حرکتی motor behavior پژوهشي Research تا به امروز، کمتر مطالعه&not;ای ابعاد تمرکز توجه را در خارج از شرایط آزمایشگاهی بررسی کرده است.&nbsp; هدف این پژوهش، بررسی تعامل بین توجه درونی/بیرونی و مرتبط/نامرتبط و نقش آن در عملکرد تکنیکی جودوکاران خبره در جریان رقابت بود. بدین منظور، از رویکرد تلفیقی و طرح تلفیقی موازی&nbsp; استفاده گردید. در بخش کیفی تمرکزهای توجه جودوکاران با استفاده از مصاحبۀ خودرویارویی مورد شناسای قرار گرفت و در بخش کمی تفاوت بین توجه&not;های گزارش شده درکوشش&not;های موفق (همراه با امتیاز) و ناموفق (بدون کسب امتیاز) بررسی شد. تحلیل رونوشت کتبی مصاحبه&not;ها نشان داد هم در مرحلۀ آماده&not;سازی و هم در مرحلۀ اجرا، جودوکاران خبره بیشتر بر بعد بیرونی-مرتبط متمرکز بوده&not;اند. نتایج آزمون مجذور کا نیز نشان داد در هر دو مراحل بین جهت توجه در کوشش&not;های موفق&nbsp; و ناموفق&nbsp; تفاوت معناداره وجود داشته است<span dir="LTR"> (p < 0.05) </span>و جودوکاران خبره درکوشش&not;های موفق نسبت به کوشش&not;های ناموفق بیشتر بر بعد بیرونی-مرتبط متمرکز بوده&not;اند. بطور کلی، این پژوهش سودمندی تمرکز نامرتبط در افراد خبره را تایید نکرد بلکه همراستا با فرضیه عمل محدود شده نشان داد جودوکاران خبره در رقابتهای خود بیشتر تمرکز بیرونی-مرتبط را برای اجرای تکنیک اتخاذ کرده و از آن سود می&not;برند<span dir="LTR">.</span> Few studies have investigated dimensions of attention out of laboratory settings. The aim of this study was to investigate the interaction between internal/external and associative and dissociative attention and its role in expert judo players&rsquo; technical performance during competition. mixed method approach with parallel-design was used. In the qualitative section of the study, expert judo players&rsquo; attentional strategy was explored using self-confrontation interviews. In the quantitative part of the study, differences between reported foci in successful versus unsuccessful trials was tested. &nbsp;Analysis of interview transcripts revealed that expert judo players had more focus on external-associative dimension in both preparation and execution phases. In addition, results of chi-square test indicated a significant difference between judo players&rsquo; focus of attention in successful versus unsuccessful trials (p <ins cite="mailto:Asus" datetime="2019-05-10T12:18"><</ins> 0.05) with more focus on external-associative attention in successful trials. In conclusion, while this study does not support use or advantages of dissociative attention in skilled performers, provided more support for constrained-action hypothesis as indicated more use and advantages of adopting an external-associative focus for expert level judo players.<br> &nbsp; خبرگی, جودو, فرضیه عمل محدود شده, نظارت آشکار.
