fa تدوین نقشه استراتژیک و اولویت بندی راهبردهای توسعه ورزش شرکت ملی گاز ایران با رویکرد ISMو AHP مدیریت ورزشی sport management پژوهشي Research <strong>هدف:</strong> تدوین نقشه استراتژیک و اولویت بندی راهبردهای توسعه ورزش شرکت ملی گاز ایران با رویکرد<span dir="LTR"> ISM</span>و <span dir="LTR">AHP</span> بود.<br> <strong>روش‌شناسی:</strong> از نوع آمیخته (کمی-کیفی) و از لحاظ هدف کاربردی- توسعه‌ای بوده است.9 نفر به عنوان اعضای شورای راهبردی انتخاب شدند. برای گردآوری داده‌ها اسناد و مدارک فرادستی، ادبیات پیشینه و نظرات اعضای شورای راهبردی بررسی شد. روایی پرسشنامه‌ها پس از تائید توسط استادان دانشگاه، بین خبرگان منتخب توزیع و داده‌ها جمع‌آوری شد.این خبرگان نخست از روش<span dir="LTR">AHP</span>، استراتژی های شرکت را که حاصل مطالعه کمیته برنامه‌ریزی استراتژیک در سازمان مذکور بوده از نظر میزان تأثیرگذاری بر یکدیگر مشخص نموده و سپس برای شناسایی روابط مهم در ترسیم نقشه استراتژیک از روش <span dir="LTR">ISM</span> استفاده شد.<br> <strong>یافته‌ها</strong><strong>:</strong> نقشه راهبردی ورزش با استفاده از <span dir="LTR">ISM</span> در 5 سطح طبقه‌بندی و راهبردهای توسعه برنامه‌ها و فعالیت‌های ورزشی سلامت‌محور، تقویت تعاملات دوجانبه با سازمان‌های ورزشی و تقویت انگیزه‌ها و فرهنگ ورزشی در سطح اول قرار گرفت.<br> <strong>نتیجه‌گیری</strong><strong>:</strong> نتایج تحلیل<span dir="LTR">AHP</span> برای اولویت بندی استراتژی‌ها نشان داد که توسعه فعالیت‌های ورزشی سلامت محور، ارتقاء جایگاه و ساختار امور ورزش و تقویت انگیزه‌ها و فرهنگ ورزشی به ترتیب سه استراتژی اول ورزش شرکت ملی گاز ایران بودند.<br> <br> &nbsp; <strong>Purpose</strong>: Developing the Strategy Map and Prioritizing the Strategies of Developing Sports at National Iranian Gas Company throughISM and AHP approaches<br> <strong>Methodology</strong>: The present study has used a mixed methods approach (qualitative and quantitative), and it is an applied-developmental study in terms of purpose. Nine personswere selected as the members of the strategic council. The upstream documents, literaturereview and ideas of the members of strategic council were examined. The questionnaireswere distributed among the selected expertsand the data were collected after the confirmation of the questionnaire validity by university professors.
