fa آسیب‌های زمینه‌ای مدیریت ارتباط دانشکده‌های تربیت‌بدنی و علوم ورزشی و بخش اجرایی صنعت ورزش و ارائه مدل مدیریت ورزشی sport management پژوهشي Research هدف اصلی این پژوهش، ارائه الگویی از آسیب‌های زمینه‌ای مدیریت ارتباط دانشکده‌های تربیت‌بدنی و علوم ورزشی و بخش اجرایی صنعت ورزش بود. به‌منظور جمع‌آوری اطلاعات، مصاحبه‌های عمیق با نخبگان در حیطه موضوع پژوهش صورت گرفت. نمونه‌گیری به‌صورت هدفمند و به روش گلوله برفی دنبال شد و در نهایت 18 مصاحبه کیفی انجام گردید. یافته‌های پژوهش از طریق روش کدگذاری در سه مرحله باز، محوری و انتخابی مورد تحلیل قرار گرفتند. یافته‌ها بیانگر 59 نشان مؤثر در مدیریت ارتباط دانشکده‌ها و بخش اجرایی صنعت ورزش بود. این نشان‌ها در 14 مفهوم طبقه‌بندی گردید که شامل این موارد بودند: شناخت و آگاهی، فرهنگ‌سازمانی، نگاه دولتی، تفکر صنعتی، تفکر علمی، نیروی انسانی، جوانب اخلاقی، واحد متولی/ واسطه‌ای، مدیریت موازی، قوانین و مقررات، رسانه، ظرفیت‌سازی فضای رقابتی و مدیریت ارتباط. در نهایت مدل پژوهش از 5 مقوله اصلی شامل فرهنگ، بازاریابی، محیط، بینش و قدرت‌های فرا سازمانی پدیدار گردید. با توجه به یافته‌های پژوهش راهبردهای اجرایی ارائه گردیده است که می‌تواند راهگشای مدیران  ورزشی در خصوص مدیریت علمی ارتباط دو نهاد ورزشی باشد. The main objective of this study was to provide a model of the underlying causes of the management of the relationship between physical education faculties and sport science and the executive branch of the sports industry. In order to collect information, deep interviews with the elite were conducted on the topic of research. Sampling was conducted purposefully and snowball method. Finally, 18 qualitative interviews were conducted. The findings were analyzed through coding method in three stages: open, axial and selective. The findings revealed 59 effective signs in the relationship management of faculties and the executive branch of the sports industry. These labels were categorized in 14 concepts including knowledge, organizational culture, government look, industrial thinking, scientific thinking, human resources, ethical aspects, trust / mediation unit, parallel management, laws and regulations, Media, capacity building, competitive space and communication management. Finally, the research model emerged from five main categories including culture, marketing, environment, insight, and trans-organization powers.
