با وجود تأثیر کینماتیک اجرای حرکت بر عملکرد ورزشی و اهمیت بهبود عملکرد بازیکنان در زمین بازی مطالعات کمی در خصوص چگونگی تأثیر متغیر‌های مختلف بر عملکرد اسپک والیبال انجام شد. بنابراین، هدف تحقیق حاضر پیش‌بینی عملکرد پرش بازیکنان نخبۀ زن والیبال توسط برخی متغیر‌های بیومکانیکی است. سی نفر از بازیکنان زن نخبۀ والیبال با میانگین سنی 3/42±21/44 با اظهار رضایت در تحقیق حاضر مشارکت کردند. کینماتیک حرکت اندام تحتانی با 16 مارکر بازتایندۀ نور به­وسیلۀ دستگاه تحلیل حرکت وایکان حین اجرای اسپک والیبال ثبت شد. پیش‌بینی ارتفاع پرش و زمان اجرای مرحلۀ کانسنتریک پرش توسط متغیر‌های سرعت مرکز جرم حین گام‌برداری، طول گام آخر، دامنۀ حرکت مفاصل ران، زانو و مچ پا به وسیله آزمون رگرسیون گام‌به‌گام انجام شد (0/05α≤). نتایج تحقیق نشان داد که متغیرهای دامنۀ حرکتی زانو، سرعت مرکز جرم و طول گام پیش‌بینی­کنندۀ زمان اجرا و سرعت مرکز جرم و دامنۀ حرکتی مفصل ران پیش‌بینی­کنندۀ ارتفاع پرش هستند. با توجه به هدف و شرایط بازی، بازیکنان باید بر مراحل مختلف حرکتی و عوامل ویژه‌ای تمرکز داشته باشند.
