کشتی ورزش پر برخوردی است که خطر بروز آسیب در آن بسیار بالا است. شناسایی عوامل خطر می‌تواند به پیشگیری از بروز آسیب کشتی‌گیران کمک نماید. اطلاعات اندکی درزمینه نقش حس عمقی و تعادل در پیش‌بینی آسیب‌های ورزشی وجود دارد. لذا هدف مطالعه حاضر بررسی رابطه بین تعادل پویا و حس عمقی زانو و میزان بروز آسیب‌های کشتی‌گیران است. 72 نفر از کشتی‌گیران لیگ برتر جوانان استان تهران در این مطالعه شرکت کردند. قبل از شروع فصل، حس عمقی مفصل زانو در زاویه‌های هدف 30، 60 و90 درجه به‌صورت فعال اندازه‌گیری شد. برای اندازه‌گیری تعادل پویا از دستگاه تعادل سنج بایودکس استفاده شد. آسیب‌های کشتی‌گیران  به مدت 9 ماه در فرم ثبت آسیب ثبت گردید. نتایج آزمون رگرسیون لجستیک رابطه معناداری میان حس عمقی مفصل زانو در زاویه‌های 30، 60 و 90 درجه و تعادل پویا و وقوع آسیب‌ها در کشتی‌گیران جوان را نشان نداد. استفاده از آزمون‌های تعادل و حس عمقی اجراشده در این مطالعه به‌عنوان آزمون‌های غربالگری برای پیش‌بینی آسیب‌های کشتی‌گیران جوان توصیه نمی‌گردد.
