ایمپرانیل DLN، دسته­ای از پلاستیک­ها از خانواده پلی ­یورتان ­ها است که به ­عنوان پوشش در صنعت استفاده م ی­شود. هدف از پژوهش، بررسی قابلیت مخمر جدا­شده در تولید آنزیم­ و تجزیه ایمپرانیل است. در این مطالعه، ایزوله ­های مخمری از نمونه ­های خاک جنگل و پساب صنایع روغن­کشی جدا شدند که قابلیت رشد در محیط پایه نمکی حاوی %1 ایمپرانیل DLN به عنوان تنها منبع کربن موجود در محیط را دارا بودند. ایزوله مخمری NS-10 به عنوان جدایه توانمند در تجزیه ایمپرانیل انتخاب، و توسط PCR و پرایمرهای ITS1 و ITS4 ژن ITS تعیین توالی و شناسایی شد. قابلیت تولید آنزیم­های استراز، اوره­ آز و پروتئاز توسط جدایه به صورت کیفی بررسی شد. سپس تجزیه ایمپرانیل و میزان حذف سنجش شد. در این مطالعه، 40 جدایه مخمری جداسازی شد که براساس قابلیت رشد در محیط حاوی ایمپرانیل، فعالیت آنزیمی و میزان مصرف و حذف ایمپرانیل، جدایه NS-10 به­ عنوان سوش برتر انتخاب شد. تعیین توالی ژن ITS مشخص کرد که این جدایه 100 درصد مشابه با Sarocladium kiliense است. این سوش توانایی تولید هر 3 آنزیم خارج سلولی شامل استراز، اوره ­آز و پروتئاز را داشت. S. kiliense  توانست طی14 روز، 10 گرم در لیتر ایمپرانیل را  100% حذف و در پلیت حاوی ایمپرانیل هاله ایجاد کند. در نهایت، توانمندی سوش برتر در تجزیه صفحات پلی­ یورتان از طریق تصویربرداری توسط میکروسکوپ الکترونی نگاره(SEM) بررسی شد. نتایج حاصل از پژوهش نشان می­دهد که سوشS. kiliense  توانایی تجزیه کامل ایمپرانیل را دارد. این پژوهش می ­تواند در معرفی سوش ­های مخمری توانمند در تجزیه پلاستیک ­ها و همچنین درک مکانیسم تجزیه ­زیستی این ترکیبات کمک ­کننده باشد.
