قرنطینه خانگی برای مدیریت کووید 19 سبب افزایش تنش بین مادران و کودکان شده است. هدف این پژوهش این بود نقش عوامل اضطراب کرونا و ترومای دوران کودکی مادران بر این تعارض را به واسطه تنش پیش قاعدگی مطالعه کند. به این ترتیب، مادران و کودک 7 تا 12 ساله منطقه 6 تهران در آذرماه سال تحصیلی1400 -1399در پژوهش شرکت کردند. آنها مقیاس رتبه بندی پیش از قاعدگی، پرسشنامه ترومای دوران کودکی (CTQ)، آزمون ترسیم خانواده و پرسش نامه اضطراب کرونا را تکمیل کردند. نتایج پژوهش نشان داد کودکان تعارض خود با مادر را در فعالیتهای ترسیمی در بیشتر مواقع، به صورت جدایی از مادر ترسیم کرده است. سوء استفاده عاطفی و جسمی از مادر در دوره کودکی سبب شده بود تا فرزندش به طور معناداری بیشتر خود را با مادرش در فاصله قرار دهد. یافته دیگر پژوهش نشان داد که سوء استفاده عاطفی و جسمی در دوران کودکی توانسته تنش پیش قاعدگی را پیش بینی کند. از سویی دیگر، بعد روانی اضطراب کرونا نیز تنشهای پیش قاعدگی را ایجاد کرده است. تنشهای پیش قاعدگی هم توانسته اند سبب تعارض مادر و کودک شوند. یافته جالب این است که فقط تنشهای پیش قاعدگی بود که با جایگاه کودک در فضای ترسیمی بر اساس نشانگرهای کوپیتس رابطه داشت. به نظر می رسد که تنشهای پیش قاعدگی به طور مستقیم خودپنداره کودک را هدف می گیرد و او خود را از محور بودن در صفحه ترسیمی و مرکز توجه بودن به دور می کند.
