شیوع باورهای وسواسی در بیماران مبتلا به آرتریت روماتوئید و مقایسه آن با افراد سالم

<p dir="RTL">آرتریت روماتویید شایعترین بیماری التهابی مفاصل است که علاوه بر ناتوانی جسمی، پریشانیهای روانی مکرراَ در این بیماران دیده میشود؛ بنابراین هدف از انجام پژوهش حاضر بررسی میزان شیوع باورهای وسواسی در بیماران آرتریت روماتوئید و مقایسه آن با افراد سالم میباشد. در یک پژوهش علی- مقایسهای تعداد 100 نفر (50 بیمار آرتریت روماتوئید و 50 نفر از افراد سالم) با استفاده از روش نمونهگیری در دسترس انتخاب و پرسشنامه مشخصات فردی و باورهای وسواسی (<span dir="LTR">OBQ-44</span>) را تکمیل نمودند. دادهها با استفاده از شاخصهای آمار توصیفی و آزمون آماری <span dir="LTR">Independent </span><span dir="LTR">T</span><span dir="LTR">-test</span> تحلیل گردیدند. نتایج نشان داد 92% از بیماران آرتریت روماتوئید واجد باورهای وسواسی بودند و در مورد مولفههای باورهای وسواسی 88% در زمینه «کمالطلبی و قطعیت»، 84% در زمینه «احساس مسئولیت و ارزیابی خطر و تهدید»، 50% در زمینه «اهمیت و کنترل افکار»، 42% در زمینه «عامل عام» و 8% در زمینه «انجام کامل امور» واجد باورهای وسواسی بودند. مقایسه دو گروه نشان داد در زمینه « باورهای وسواسی (کل)» «کمالطلبی و قطعیت»، «احساس مسئولیت و ارزیابی خطر و تهدید» و «عامل عام» تفاوت معنیدار بود ولی در زمینه «اهمیت و کنترل افکار» و «انجام کامل امور» تفاوت معنیدار نبود. باورهای وسواسی با اضطرابی که در افراد برای اجبار عمل به افکار وسواسی ایجاد میکنند، میتوانند افراد را آنقدر نسبت به عمل به این افکار حساس کنند که با وجود آگاهی از آثار سوء آن بر سلامت روانی و جسمی همچنان این روال را ادامه دهند، که در نهایت میتوانند منجر به دردهای مزمن استخوانی و آرتریت روماتوئید شوند.</p>
<p>Rheumatoid arthritis is the most prevalent inflammatory disease of the joints in addition to physical disability, psychological distress is frequently seen in these patients; The aim of this study was to prevalence of Obsessive beliefs in Rheumatoid Arthritis patients and compared with healthy peoples<strong>. </strong>In a causal-comparative study, 100 persons (50 patients with rheumatoid arthritis and 50 healthy peoples were selected using convenience sampling method and Demographic questionnaires and Obsessive beliefs (OBQ-44) completed. Data using descriptive statistics and statistical analysis Independent T-test were analyzed.The results showed that 92% of RA patients were eligible and obsessive beliefs and about the components of obsessive beliefs 88% in the field of "Perfection and certainty", 84% in the field of "responsibility and risk assessment and threat", 50% in the field of "the importance and thought control", 42% in the field of "common factor" and 8% in the field of "completing the" obsessive beliefs were eligible. Compare the two groups showed that in the field of "obsessive beliefs (total)", "Perfection and certainty", "sense of responsibility and threat assessment" and "common cause" significant differences, but on "the importance of thought control" and "Full perform the" difference was not significant.</p>
