For this purpose, IRIB is going to lunch the IPTV in order to achieve the new media technologies and keep its situation in the media consumption baskets of Iranian families. However, employing a scientific method is needed to guarantee success due to the high costs of this work.. Therefore, with regard to a research vacuum  in this field, this study aimed to recognise the capabilities of Gamification to increase audience engagement in IPTV.
Methods: the preset study first tried to recognise the IPTV services with the highest gamification capability using three consecutive research methods including documentary studies, Delphi (in three consecutive rounds) and interviews. Then, capabilities of Gamification with the highest ability to gamify those services and practical examples of how to gamify these services were presented.
Results: In result of documentary and delphi (three consecutive rounds) studies, 12 IPTV services with gamification capability and 13 gamification capabilities with integrated ability with those services were selected by experts who were involved in study of community surveyed. Finally, in order to being more tangible, profound interviews were made with gamification experts and practical examples of integrated Gamification Capabilities with the IPTV services presented.
Conclusion:Th implementation of gamification technology in Iran’s IPTV media can act as a incentive technology in order to attract, engage and hold the audiences. Abstract

Background and Aim: Information systems cannot be well designed or developed without a clear understanding of needs of users, manner of their information seeking and evaluating. This research has been designed to analyze the Ganj (Iranian research institute of science and technology database) users’ query refinement behaviors via log analysis.
Methods: The method of this research is log analysis. In this research, the Ganj users’ query refinement behaviors were analyzed. User’s logs during 3 months between May and June 2016 were analyzed for semantic features. The study tool was a researcher-made checklist of semantic features. The total searches were 10 milion records which were limited to information science domain. About 106641 records were selected for analysis.
Results: The semantic relationships (based on thesaurus relationships) were revealed between pair’s terms in user’s searches. The results showed that users refined their searches based on some semantic relationships.
Conclusion: The results of this research can be used to improve the Ganj results and for term suggestion for users, so that they be able to choose proper terms while there are several related terms.

Abstract

Aim: The purpose of the study is to examine familiarity and application of smart technologies {Radio-frequency identification (RFID),  Quick Response code(QR),    Near-Field-Communication Mobile (NFC)} on customer relationship management (CRM).
Methodology: An applied study collecting data via Stokić, Stojanović, Bogdanović, Despotović-Zrakić, Radenković questionnaire. Population consisted of 160  Public librarians  in Ardabil province.  Data analyzed by Pearson Correlation Coefficients.
Results: With the advent of information technology, most library services have been transformed. Findings shows that understanding and application of smart technologies is at an average level and reception of smart technologies is in decent condition.  Librarians  have faith in   smart technologies and the level of productivity and efficiency of librarians from the components of intelligent technologies is at a higher than average and close to the desired level. There is no significant relationship between the components of the variable "Introduction to smart technologies" to non-smart phones and the component of service quality from the variable of customer relationship management. Also, there is a significant relationship between the components of "familiarity per smart technologies" with the components of user satisfaction and user loyalty of the variable of customer relationship management.
Conclusion: Using smart technologies, notably smart phone technology, improves customer relationship management in libraries.

Abstract

Objective: Health information on diseases could help prevent the spread and the treatment and is the most vital needs of people in daily life. One health issue that has plagued the world in recent years is the corona virus. Therefore, the main purpose of this study was to investigate the health information behavior of graduate students at Qom University.
Methodology: Applied descriptive survey method was used. Population was all 3000  graduate students at Qom University. Using Morgan table, sample of 300 students were seleted, out of which 200 studnts answered the questionnaires. Data was collected through the standard Lango questionnaire. Research hypotheses were scrutinized using independent t and one-way ANOVA. Age, gender, place of residence, income and information seeking behavior of graduate students  were investigated.
Findings: The most information sources were Internet, Social networks, TV and the family. while the least go to brochures and pamphlets. Althugh, graduate students could obtain corona information from social networks and Internet, nonetheless their active use of corona information is slightly more from traditional sources of television and radio. There was no significant relation of behavior variables in information retrieval, perception in information retrieval, interpersonal interaction in information retrieval, impact of information on disease, active retrieval of information and passive retrieval of information with regard to age, gender and place of residence of graduate students.
Conclusion: Results revealed that the students have health information literacy and could identify and use related health information. In spite of increasing use of new sources such as social networks and Internet, information obtained from traditional sources has been more trusted and used. Non of the variables of gender, age, income and place of residence had any effect on health information seeking behavior of students. All subjects had the same information seeking behavior.
