Abstract
Purpose: Neuromuscular and biomechanical factors in ACL injuries are among modifiable risk factors. The purpose of the present study was to evaluate the effect of feedback and feed forward neuromuscular training on balance and isometric strength in female basketball players with a high risk of injury in Kerman.
Method: The present research is semi-experimental, prospective study and the subjects selected objectively based on inclusion and exclusion criteria. Twenty women basketball players of Kerman city purposely selected and who were randomly divided into two groups of feed forward (age=15.73 ±0.78, weigh =61.38±9.09, height = 164.40 ±6.68) and feedback (age=14.70±1.33, weigh =56.31±8.38, height = 161.66±6.02) The training program designed based on the previous studies and conducted during 8 weeks, three sessions per week (each session 15 to 20 minutes) under the supervision of the examiner. Dynamic balance and isometric knee strength was measured using Biodex system and MMT device. One way ANCOVA was used for data analyze.
Result: The results showed significant differences between pre-post test balance Overall Stability index, internal/external index and Anterior/Posterior index (P=0.001).Significant difference was observed in the strength of quadriceps muscle and hamstring muscle between the two groups of feedback and feed forward exercises (P≥0.05). Also, the results of the paired sample t-test showed that Overall Stability in the feedback and feedforward group (0.345% and 0.19%), Balance Anterior/Posterior in the feedback and feedforward group(0.409% and 0.22%) and Balance Medial/Lateral in the feedback and feedforward group(0.427% and 0.22%) has significantly improvement compared to the pre-test (p<0.002).Isometric Quadriceps strength in the post- test showed an significantly improvement of 2.16% in feedback group and 1.82% in feedforward group compared to the pre-test (P=0.001). Isometric hamstring strength in the post- test showed a significantly improvement of 2.07% in feedback group and 1.95% in feedforward group compared to the pre-test (P=0.001).
Conclusion: It can be concluded that neuromuscular training can enhanced balance and isometric strength, of women and training with feedback has more important than training with feedforward.

Abstract
Introduction and Purpose: Non-specific chronic back pain(NSLBP) is one of the main problems of the health community, which has a high prevalence. Therefore, the aim of this study is to investigate the effect of 8 weeks of suspended core stability exercises on the core stability, pain level, static and dynamic balance in the females with NSLBP.
Methods: In the present study, 21 females with NSLBP were randomly divided into experimental and control groups. The Core stability, Pain level, Static and Dynamic balance were measured by valid tests of Core stability, Visual analogue scale (VAS) and Biodex balance system respectively. The SPSS25 software were used for data analysis.
Results: Based on the results of the study, unlike the control group, there was a significant difference in core stability, pain level, the static and dynamic balance variables from pre-test to post-test in the experimental group(P≤0/05). Also this difference was observed between the experimental and control groups(P≤0/05).
Conclusion: According to the results of this research and suspension system of TRX exercises, Core Stability Exercises with TRX straps which is not elasticity, may simultaneously improve core stability, static and dynamic balance and decrease pain in female with NSCLBP.

Abstract
The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of soccer specific functional fatigue on hip and knee
joints angles during landing in professional players.15 soccer players with at least 2 years experience in
Kerman soccer clubs were selected randomly. To evaluate the lower extremity kinematics following
jumping and soccer specific- heading, three cameras (with50Hz) were used. To cause fatigue in subjects,
specific functional protocol similar to specific bangsbo soccer was used and Quantic sport v21 soft ware
was administrated for kinematic analysis of the recorded films. To statistical analyzing of data, descriptive
statistical methods, and paired-t test were administrated at α=0.05.Finding revealed that hip and knee
angles in sagittal and frontal plane in landing is influenced by functional fatigue. This results has been
reducing knee and hip flexion angles and increased varus in knee joint. Results demonstrated a more
erect landing posture due to a decrease in hip and knee flexion angles in the post fatigue condition.
However, functional fatigue significantly decrease lower extremity control ability in male soccer player
during landing.

Eotaxin, a pro-inflammatory Adipokine is secreted from adipose tissue, which its secretion increases in the obesity and cause neurodegeneration. BDNF is a neurological factor that interferes with cognitive function, fat and sugar metabolism, as well as the pathophysiology of obesity and metabolic syndrome in adulthood. The aim of this study was to investigate the Effect of Six Weeks of Interval Resistance Training on Eotaxin and Brain-Derived Neurotrophic Factor Serum Levels in Overweight young men. Twenty non-active students without regular exercise program from Kharazmi University were randomly selected and divided into two groups of training (n=10) and control (n=10). The training group performed Interval resistance Training for 6 weeks, 3 sessions per week and each session lasted 45 minutes. The training program included 7 moves with intensity of 30-40% of 1RM and velocity 2v for 10 seconds and rest intervals with intensity 30-40% 1RM and velocity v for 20 seconds. Blood samples were taken before and after 6 weeks of training to evaluate the serum Eotaxin and BDNF levels using the Sandwich ELISA. To analyze the data, the covariance test and Bonferron's post hoc test were used to compare the variables. The results of covariance analysis and Bonferroni test showed that 6 weeks of Interval resistance training caused a significant reduction in the weight (p=0.003), body mass index (p=0.004) Waist circumference (p=0.012) and fat percentage (p=0.001). Also, significant increase was observed in muscular endurance (p=0.001), serum BDNF levels in the training group compared to the control group (p=0.024), and serum Eotaxin levels in the training group decreased significantly (p=0.022). Correlation results showed a significant reverse relationship respectively between pre and post training Eotaxin and BDNF (p=0.015 r=-0.511, p=0.013 r=-0.586). Weight loss through six weeks of Interval Resistance training, which accompanied the loss of adipose tissue; resulted in a reduction in serum levels of Eotaxin and increased serum levels of BDNF.

Abstract
The present study was aimed to determine the effect of cold-water immersion and (TDCS) during the recovery period on blood lactate changes in and subsequent performance of professional male swimmers. For this purpose, 20 male participated in this study in two days with an interval of 48 hours. The two-hundred meter breaststroke was performed every day and then the subjects participated in one of the protocols, an anodic stimulation (with intensity of 2 mA)or the artificially exposed to anodic stimulation on the first day, and on the second day they were experienced the cold water immersion (12° C).The subjects' blood lactate was measured. Finally, in order to measure the effect of the investigated methods on their performance, the 200-meter swim was repeated. To analyze the data dependent t-test and analysis of covariance, LSD follow-up, analysis of variance with repeated measures, were used. The results of this study indicated that swimming performance significantly improved only in the TDCS group, with a reduction in the record time (P = 0.001). Blood lactate showed a greater decrease in the cold water immersion group (P = 0.001)

Abstract
The purpose of present study was to examine the effects of short time static and dynamic stretching of muscles on kinematics variability of lower extremity in healthy active males during cycling. 15 physical education and sport sciences male students from Kharazmi University voluntarily participated in this study. Subjects referred to the laboratory during two days, with 48 hours intervals between each sessions, and lower extremity kinematics data were collected from 30 pedaling cycle on the stationary cycle in 70 RPM in situation of without stretching, after 2, 5, and 10 minutes post stretching by means of motion analysis camera in 50 Hz frequency. Hip, knee and ankle joints angular displacement and velocity were extracted for constructing time series and variability calculation. Results of repeated measure ANOVA did not show any significant differences in angular displacement and velocity variability in hip, knee and ankle joints after 2, 5, and 10 minutes post stretching (P>0.05). Regarding results, probably it can be use static and dynamic stretching in warm up programs before cycling or rehabilitation on stationary cycle.

Abstract
Postural disorders disrupt muscle activity and lead to joint dysfunction. Maintaining the function of the shoulder joint requires precise coordination and on-time action of muscles, and its dysfunction lead to change in the level of muscle activity, movement disorder. This study aimed to measure the effects of corrective exercise program with kinesiotaping and physio-ball and durability of these effects after 4 weeks on EMG of serratus anterior, middle trapezius and rhomboids major muscles among male young with upper crossed syndrome. Forty-five male young with upper crossed syndrome (control group: age:17.00±0.75, height 163.93±2.01, weight 65.20±6.51، BMI 25.10±2.76, corrective exercise with physio-ball: age 16.93±0.88, height 161.66±6.85 ,weight 63.40±10.09، BMI 26.84±3/04, corrective exercise with kinesiotaping: age 17.00± 0.92, height 161.53±7.25, weight 62.86±6/81, BMI 27.88±3/84) objectively selected and participated in this study. The training program designed based on the previous studies and conducted during 8 weeks, three sessions per week (each session 40 to 60 minutes) under the supervision of the examiner. EMG device was used to measure of the MVIC electrical activity of trapezius, rhomboids and serratus anterior muscle during external and internal rotation and extension of shoulder. After 4 weeks of the training, the post-tests were repeated.The one way ANCOVA was showed that the amount of electrical activity of the selected shoulder girdle muscles after eight weeks of testing in both experimental groups in the post-test and after one month inactivity test were significantly improved than the pre-test Group corrective exercise with physioball (serratus anterior p= 0.001,17.14%, middle trapezius p=0.001,15.79% and rhomboids major p=0.001,14.81%), corrective exercise with kinesiotaping (serratus anterior p=0.001,17.14%, middle trapezius p=0.001,21.62% and rhomboids major p=0.001,20%) and durability in group of corrective exercise with physioball (serratus anterior p=0.001, 8.6%،, middle trapezius p=0.001, 7.9% and rhomboids major p=0.001, 7.4%) durability in group corrective exercise with kinesiotaping (serratus anterior p=0.001, 8.6%, middle trapezius p=0.001،16.2 % and rhomboids major p=0.001, 8%). Considering the results of the present research, it can be stated that corrective exercise programs with kinesio taping and physioball have an effect on the electrical activity and durability of selected shoulder girdle muscles and And these effects are lasting even after 4 weeks. It is suggested to use this program of corrective exercises for male students with upper crossed syndrome to improve their shoulder girdle muscles strength.

Abstract
The shoulder complex as one of the most moving joints of the body frequently was used by overhead sports athletes. Thus, musculoskeletal screening such as assessment of the range of motion (ROM), and strength variables can be useful to injury prevention strategies and further the development of conditioning and rehabilitation programs. The purpose of this study is to compare selected variables and the ratio of ROM and strength in volleyball, handball, and badminton players. A total of 36 athletes with similar physical characteristics (volleyball: age=26.65±4.56 y, weight=91.07±7.91 kg, height=185.14±12.25 cm; handball: age=27.29±3.12 y, weight=90.11±6.38 kg, height=183.52±9.67 cm, and badminton: age=26.01±4.29 y, weight=87.85±4.59 kg, height=182.38±10.74 cm) were selected to participate in the current study. A Leighton flex meter and hand-held dynamometer were used respectively to measure the ratio of ROM and strength.The results showed that the mean ratio of external(ER) strength to internal (IR) strength and ER ROM to IR ROM were significantly different between the three groups. The post hoc test revealed that badminton athletes had significant differences in all of the measured variables to both volleyball and handball athletes. But there were no differences between volleyball and handball athletes.In conclusion, preseason screening is vital in achieving optimal values on these measures and may reduce future shoulder injuries in overhead athletes.
