این پژوهش با هدف بررسی اثر مداخلۀ آموزشی مفاهیم حقوق ورزشی بر نگرش، دانش و رفتار مربیان ورزشی انجام ‌شده است. روش پژوهش نیمه تجربی به همراه پیش آزمون-پس آزمون دو گروهی و مطالعه پی گیری بوده است. بر این اساس تعداد 50 نفر از مربیان ورزشی شهرستان اقلید استان فارس به صورت در دسترس انتخاب شدند و به روش تصادفی ساده در دو گروه آزمایش و کنترل قرار گرفتند. در این پژوهش از پروتکل آموزشی محقق ساخته در قالب آموزش مفاهیم مختلف حقوق ورزشی استفاده‌شده و از پرسش‌نامه‌های سنجش نگرش (محقق ساخته) و دانش حقوقی مربیان ورزشی (میرصفیان، 1396) و همچنین چک‌لیست محقق ساخته بررسی رفتار مربیان به منظور سنجش اثربخشی پروتکل آموزشی طراحی‌شده در این پژوهش استفاده‌شده است. داده‌های به ‌دست آمده از ابزارهای پژوهش با استفاده از آزمون‌های تحلیل کواریانس و تحلیل واریانس با اندازه‌گیری‌های مکرر تحلیل گردیدند. نتایج پژوهش نشان داد مداخلۀ آموزشی مفاهیم حقوق ورزشی به صورت معناداری بر تغییر نگرش، ارتقاء دانش و نتیجتاً بر تغییر در رفتار مربیان گروه آزمایش پژوهش پس از انجام هشت جلسۀ آموزشی اثرگذار بوده است که این اثر پس از گذشت سه ماه از اتمام مداخله آموزشی پایدار بوده است.
