Abstract
The current study has been carried out for the prediction of hypochondriasis on the basis of personality trait. To do so, through the availability sampling method, 234 individuals visiting the health centers of Tehran’s Municipality were selected. In this study, Ahwaz Hypochondriasis Test and NEO Personality inventory were used for the data collection. The results indicated that hypochondriasis had a significant positive correlation with the neuroticism, and that it had a significant negative correlation with the two variables, i.e. compatibility and extroversion. Further, hypochondriasis had no significant correlation with the conscientiousness and flexibility. The regression analysis showed that personality traits could predict hypochondriasis. However, only neuroticism and compatibility had significant role in the prediction of hypochondriasis.

Abstract
The aim of this study is investigating the simple relationship of subjective well-being, personality and work-family conflict, and examining the mediation role of subjective well-being in relationship of these two variables through structural equation modeling. The statistical populations were workers of an Isfahanian industrial company which 217 workers were selected randomly among them. Instruments were work-family conflict questionnaire, vitality scale, life orientation test and NEO-FFI. Results showed that relation of work-family conflict, agreeableness, conscientiousness, optimism and vitality are significant. Structural equation model also was significant and the mediation role of optimism and vitality in relation of agreeableness and conscientiousness with work-family conflict was confirmed. In fact these personality characteristics increase the level of optimism and vitality, and finally improve the psychological supply through influencing individuals' coping strategies and resource accessing. It can lead to better managing of work and family responsibilities and decreasing the conflict between these two areas.

Abstract
The aim of this study was to investigate the mediating role of five factors personality in regulating of relationship between perceived and objective stress and anxiety, depression, and physical symptoms . 390 bank managers responded five factors personality ( NEO ) , perceived stress , objective stress , anxiety and depression scals and symptoms check list . The results showed the interaction between Neurotism , Extraversion , conscientiousness mediated the relationship of perceived stress with anxiety, depression and physical symptoms . Objective stress influenced by perceived stress that emphasized on importance of subjectivity of stress. Findings showed simultaneous interaction these factors (low Neurotism , high Extraversion , high conscientiousness ) leads to a reduction in the effects of stress .
